Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and lovely food. Amazing welcome with prosecco. Felt like a little paradise spending time by the pool. Great location- felt very secluded but actually very close to walk into town. Lovely private beach area and really enjoyed the daily 7am yoga which was there and included for free. Would 100% recommend this hotel- they really went out of their way to make everything special!

The cleanliness and the hospitality was amazing and the people were so friendly and welcoming! wonderful food and drinks as we were treated like royalties! I couldn’t believe how immaculate the service was thee entire stay of the trip. I will definitely be going back again!

Only thing I wished it had was an actual hot tub or hot jacuzzi pool.

It was so nice always having a spot at the pool and the beach. There are a lot of those canopy beds and there always seem to be one available for us. Walking around was beautiful as the grounds for fairy manicured and lush. The food was exceptional and we heard that they must’ve gotten a new chef because it was a huge improvement. we also got massages at the spa and they were probably the best massages we’ve ever had.

We had to walk across the street to get to the beach park but there’s nothing they can do about that. Once we were there, there was a very friendly bartender, took care of us and made special drinks. We met a lot of nice people out with stayed there.

Amazing food, i would said one of the best hotel food we ever had. Really good attention from the staff, and the bar guys are an excellent company. Specially Kevin, what a great guy. Overall the cleaning and hotel installations were great, and the gardens, amazing, the name "Jardín del Edén" is totally accurate. The spot by the beach with the bar that pool and the chairs, was or favorite part. We choose this hotel as the last part of our honey moon and it blew our expectations for good, they gave us chocolates, strawberries and sparkle wine as a detail, such a lovely people. We already are thinking about coming back.

pillows were not my favorites, but maybe that comes to my personal choices.

Location was great, short 2 minute walk to the busy Main Street of Tamarindo but almost seems like a different world at the hotel, very quiet and serene! The pools were beautiful with plenty of chairs to lounge on. Food was excellent and the landscaping was gorgeous! Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Mattress was very uncomfortable the first night. I asked if they had a “mattress topper” to put on the bed, they did the bed was much more comfortable the remainder of the stay. The room had a very strong smell of cleaning products when we first arrived, the smell dissipated after 4 or 5 hours. I asked the cleaning staff to not use them during our stay.

We had been staying at some smaller, bungalow type places and wanted to do something a little different for our anniversary so we stayed here. The grounds and facilities were beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The beach bar was our favorite place to hang out in the evenings. We would have a couple of drinks and chat with the bartender (Kevin) who is absolutely amazing.

The only suggestion that I would make is that the beach bar closes too early and would like to see it stay open later. Currently it is open until 6pm but the sunset doesn't truly finish until closer to 7pm. The sunsets are truly amazing and it would be nice to be able to have some drinks while enjoying.

The meals were exceptional and the staff utterly amazing. All of them!!! I cannot compliment them enough. We caught some Grouper and brought it back to Jardin. The Chef prepared it and it was delicious.

I wouldn't change a thing. Really nothing. I am a big fan of Jardin. This was my second stay and I am already planning my third and bringing more friends.

The hotel was gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and nice, you are so close to the beach, amazing restaurant food and drinks, helpful staff with booking excursions, and so much more. Definitely worth checking out. Our room was cleaned daily along with our jacuzzi and they went above and beyond sweeping and mopping daily, emptying and refilling/treating the jacuzzi, etc.

There could have been more English channels on the tv but that’s my only complaint :)

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was beyond welcoming, and so friendly! Tamarindo is bustling, and this place was just an absolutely paradise- not too crowded, with a beautiful private beach garden and grounds.

Not a con for us, but it is a short walk to the beach (we actually liked it because it also brought you to the main downtown street and made it easy to hop out to lunch or to the pharmacy)

The stairs by the restaurant leading to pool are slippery when wet causing me to fall. I needed 5 stitches to mend a serious gash on my arm. The staff was concerned and even drove me to the clinic. But I was disappointed that management wouldn’t pick-up the medical tab. I paid $150 in cash to the clinic, which quite honestly in very reasonable. But the hotel wouldn’t reimburse me or even “comp” me some drinks. so happy with the helpful amd concerned staff. Not happy with management.
