Newly built, clean and modern. Near Punta corrente park (which has many beaches), a supermarket and old town Rovinj. Nice common rooms/ terrace and own private balcony. New carpet was installed, no sleepless nights because of the noise for us as mentioned by others earlier (and I'm a very light sleeper). So great solution!

The parking situation. Don't know if parking in the street is really not permitted or that the owner found a very clever way to sell parking for €10 p/d (ex tax). We parked ourselves at a nearby zone 4/ grey public parking (3 min walk) and used the Paydo app to purchase day tickets voor 30Kn (or €4). The bathroom sink (see photo) was nothing more than a sink you normally find in a toilet. Finally: since they have a central reception for many houses, they obviously try to optimize the check-in process. It was a bit annoying that they kept on nagging about the exact arrival time even after I promised to send an app 30mins before arrival. Also: we had to check-out at their reception to return the key and pay tourist taxes, not very convenient.

First of all I liked the fact that the check in and out went so smooth (Late check out was also possible). Transfer to and from the apartment with a "Golf"-Caddy, was fun and you can see a little bit more from the city. The stuff was super super kind and helpful from the beginning to the end. You always had someone if you needed help. The apartment was veru clean and modern. We had an air conditioner, extra blankets and a balcony. From the apartment you could walk easily to the city, restaurants, supermarket and harbor it was just around the corner (2-5min). Really enjoyed our stay!

Renovated and good looking place, well positioned between beaches and the old town. There is no staff at the location but reachable over phone or WhatsApp and quick to answer.

Even though the apartment looks nice, some details could be improved (water in sink flowing away slowly). Out issue was the cover/blinds on the door to balcony, which was missing one one half of the door - thus allowing view from outside to our apartment and to our bed The staff tried to fix it by glueing replacement blinds to the door but this solution was short-lived. Thus we ended up with no cover for the rest of our stay, the staff was not able to solve the problem afterwards. I believe this should have been fixed before our arrival.

The location was very good for us as we like walking and this place was a perfect distance to see different parts of the surrounding area, old and new town alike. Everything in the room was efficient, modern, clean, and very comfortable.

The room was overly hot at night. We purposely choose properties that have air conditioning when we book holiday accommodation. This property listed that air conditioning was available. Yet the air conditioning unit didn’t work or wasn’t turned on for the entire property, as explained by one of the Avior agents when we called to inquire why the AC unit didn’t work. For us, as clients paying for all the amenities listed for the unit, and which we expect to have available whenever we want it, regardless of the season, this is a completely unacceptable situation.

Very polite and friendly staff, nicely designed room with decent kitchenette and lots of things you might need, great bathroom, everything looked completely new, good neighborhood, quiet, close to the sea and and the town.

You can hear everything through the entrance (and bathroom) door - the corridor echoes like a church bell whenever someone unlocks the door, talks/walks, so bring your earplugs. The mattress was quite hard for both me and my partner. It was shame that one can't make a morning espresso (just a filter coffee machine without coffee)

Thanks to the fact that Nevine is amazing and extremely helpful, we could check in a bit earlier. Nevin is very professional and responsive and he did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Apt itself is clean, new, modern. Location is perfect.

For people who work remotely wi-fi was a bit too slow, but for those who just want to read the news or check something online it was ok. The shower cabin needs to improved.

staff are really helpful and responsive. location is only 10 minutes walk to the old town. the room is newly refurbished and very clean.

Location was excellent away from the crowds and quiet at night. Nice outdoor living to use if required

Missed personal contact of staff at residence, no one to give advice on where to go and recommendations . Staff always in a hurry when you saw them, but when not busy were very pleasant.

Easy walk to the water and to old town to shop and eat. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We had the larger room with a small refrigerator and outside terrace and it was a good size. Rooms are nicely updated, bathrooms are nice. There was some construction going on behind us but noise wasn't a problem.

Beds are firm. A bit too much for me but my 20-something year-old kids said they were great.

It was very clean and located conveniently. It was a short walk to the city and to the beach. It was awesome that you are allowed to bring your dog and everything went through just awesome.

There was no room service during the stay, which might be normal for apartment renting but I am not quiet sure about that. The Wifi wasn’t working unfortunately.
