Everyone was exceptionally kind - from the housekeepers, to the reception, spa and dinning room staff. The room was nice and clean, and the balcony overlooking a nice park was covered in sun, which was more than appreciated in November. The facilities around the hotel look great - the beach is really, really clean, the walking paths are very well kept and nourished. We took a few walks to the city and they were pleasant and we needed around 15 minutes to reach the old town, which was perfect, so location is superb for any time of the year. We celebrated our anniversary and upon our arrival there was a note and a bottle in our room with two glasses. The note was handwritten and more than just a "happy anniversary", there was a couple of sentences with meaning - we appreciated this so, so much! Thank you to whoever did this, you can tell that the hotel has an appreciation for its guests. The sauna area is rather small, but nicely kept and clean. We'll visit again for sure.

The pool area had a bit of a weird smell once in a while, otherwise it was nice. The parking is a bit away from the hotel, but it's big and spacious and you can, of course, first park your car infront of the hotel to take out the luggage, so it's not really a problem.

Hotel staff (all of them) are the greatest assets of this establishment. Everyone makes you feel welcomed, taken care of and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is great for light swimming and the outdoor pool is perfect for kids and relaxation. Breakfast is the best although I would recommend including at least one more toaster since it can become crowded waiting in line for the toast. Rooms are perfect and clean just enough space for everyone and everything. Plenty of things to do, yoga, kayaking, outdoor movie nights. And it’s 15-20 minutes from the city center

Prices could be slightly lower not just for this hotel but for the city in general.

Great location, walking distance to Rovinj and next to the beach. Clean comfortable room. Great service. All the waiters were so well behaved and nice. Better than expected. The surroundings are relaxing, The hotel is basically in the middle of the park. The walk to the city is by the sea side and very relaxing.

Play room did not much options for small kids. The hotel was somehow renovated internally but still got the feeling of a cold atmosphere with brown colors. Some areas not renovated. The beach is nice but over the weekend it creates crowds with external people using the beach without beach beds. It is nice they open to the public , but honestly I am not paying beach beds , choosing them when possible next to the sea (front line) to have people surrounding me with beach towels extra bags etc. and using that 1m between bed and the sea. I could do the same and not pay for those beds. It gave a suffocating feeling

Everything was excellent except for one detail. At the hotel beach the bar music is loud and not needed. It's just a nuisance to the guests that are trying to converse or read or listen to their own music. The worst part were the two guys responsible for the sunbeds and kayaks etc. One day they started playing their own loud music on speakers and one of then started kicking their stand loudly to the rhythm of the music, very aggressively like an animal. It was very disturbing.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. It was a perfect retreat with a beautiful park and exceptional attentiveness from the staff. We especially appreciated the upgraded room, which offered a superb view of the beautiful park, pools, and bay. The sunsets were magical every day. The breakfast and lunch selections were fantastic, and having Kaiserschmarrn available every morning was a real treat! The staff ensured everything was immaculate and orderly from early morning. Each day offered a variety of dinner options with a great selection of fish and meat, from appetizers to desserts. I highly recommend choosing the half board option, as the town center is about a 20-25 minute walk, which might be inconvenient after a long day. The beach had pristine water and private sunbeds. The level of service was unexpected, offering an excellent value for money. Rovinj is stunning and charming. We even received a lovely letter from the hotel staff. This might be the first time I’ve ever written a 10-star review, but this hotel truly deserves it. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay magical and unforgettable. We loved every minute of it.

If I really, really searched for it, I'm sure I could find something, but I don't want to, because any negative word would just be nitpicking.

We had a wonderful stay that met all our expectations. One of the standout features was the spacious and beautifully maintained Mediterranean park, filled with stunning trees. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

We understand that the drinks served with dinner are an important additional revenue stream. However, we would have greatly appreciated it if a pitcher of tap water had been provided automatically with the meal.

The place is great; we loved every second of being there. The staff were very kind and informative. The hotel is beautiful, with a great pool and located very close to the beach, which is especially beautiful at sunset. The food was also very tasty, and there were plenty of dishes to choose from. Rovinj in Croatia is a stunning destination worth visiting. This charming coastal town boasts picturesque old streets, vibrant waterfront cafes, and a rich cultural history. The crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea and the breathtaking sunsets make Rovinj especially captivating.

Great location, super food selection/quality, lovely staff and nice pools. Well maintained and our room had been refurbished recently. Just great in every respect. Good air conditioning throughout the hotel was very welcome. If we return to Rovinj it will definitely be to the Hotel Eden.

Borik Beach was very busy during our very hot weather stay. But Eden's pools and gardens made up for that so not really an issue for us. Our room was a little smaller than expected but perfectly adequate.

Excellent location, room comfort & design, greenery around hotel, superb breakfast, hard-working kitchen staff, reception staff and the cleaning ladies, espresso from the bar, coffee bar at a hotel's beach, cash machine at the ground floor. The hotel was full of guests because of winter holidays, but everything went smoothly (cheking in, breakfast, etc).

Distance of parking area, crowded indoor pool that is relatively small, but this didn't spoil our experience overall.

Great surrounding, tasty food, welcoming staff, comfortable and well furnished room.

Guests being loud just outside of the hotel building during the late night hours and the hotel staff doing nothing to prevent them from doing so, despite being aware. People not respecting dress regulations in the spa zone without being reminded and warned by the staff.
