The hotel is clean, breakfast is perfect. Location of the hotel is also very good. The stuff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and spaceous.

Although our stay was at the beginning of June, nothing was ready nor the season started. Bar in the pool area was not working even though there were a lot of people. They gave us beach towels day before leaving but no sunbeads nor umbrellas were on the beach. The pool should be renovated because it doesn't look like a five-star hotel pool.

Excellent hotel in a prime location on the Portoroz beachfront with free access to a private beach. The room was very modern, well equipped.

The bathroom was very small. No hanging space for towels and wet bathing suits. Breakfast, while offering a good variety of foods, had no good bread variety and for a five star hotel, should have offered quality coffee by staff on the tables instead of out of machines.

Great Location. Contemporary design. Indoor and outdoor pools, private beach across the street and private parking. Decent and spacious room (we had the suite), comfy beds. Staff was extremely forthcoming. Great experience overall. Very good value for money.

There were just a few minor things that should be addressed: Room cleaning a bit on the sloppy side, breakfast terrace area severely understaffed, and the indoor pool area might be in need of a touch-up soon. Did not take away from the great overall experience though.

Breakfast was great, I especially liked the pancake machine :) Staff was friendly and helpful, it was probably the swiftest checkin-in I had ever experienced.

We were there in early May and the first two nights the AC did not work at all (no air coming in the room whatsoever). I complained, they said that the AC season is not here yet... The air gets stuffy in these rooms when there is no air circulation. We had to sleep with the balcony room open, which was a problem due to street noise. For some reason people with sporty cars love to go up and down the street, below your window, revving their engines late at night... Another minor thing: they give you soap in little tubes, which is very awkward to use when you are just trying to wash your hands.

Breakfast was really good, so much of good food. The room was very clean and very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location of hotel is perfect, you have so many tourist options near.

Maybe will be better to have a room in higher floor just to have more beautiful view from the balcony but it was also nice. I expected one big queen bed like I choose the option when I booked this reservation. We get two beds seperated but it also wasn't such a big problem because we pushed the mattress together.

Well maintained, clean, and extremely well-located hotel, with an incredible attached spa terme, an outstanding breakfast buffet and eggs to order, and a good Istrian restuarant on the ground floor. Easy walking area to the entire Portoroz / Piran area. Excellent seaside beach area, incredibly good customer service at all levels -- from our arrival with the bellman and front desk, to the restaurant and terme / spa staff to the cleaning crew. Easy walk to and from Piran along the water - and Piran is just a charming town and the perfect place for sundown cocktails! All around INCREDIBLE hotel and Slovenian Istrian Adriatic experience!

The only minor irritant is the wet bathroom concept but this is just so common in modern hotels - just meant shower splashing into the sink area. Such a minor and trivial point as to be meaningless...!

Very good breakfast and very nice room. Nice parking next to the main door and if needed, there was valet parking.

Everything was nice. The rooms, facilities access to the ocean, thermal spa and pools. The breakfast was also very rich in selection and there was a possibility of sitting outside, too. The beach was a few minutes walk away in a secluded section with parasols and sun loungers, so it was very quiet and relaxing. The early morning swims were the best thing we remember. The personnels were so attentive and always willing to help. There was a storm one night and our daughter lost her bikini, which was blown away from the balcony. We reported it at the reception, and the next day, they had found it and gave it back to us. We liked it so much and extended our stay. We thank you all, Paul, Bojan, Arian, Luka and the others in the team. See you again!

Smokers at the beach section. It would have been nice if there was a non-smoking section to enjoy the beautiful sea-breeze and the smell of the pine trees.

Nice sea view, beach is across street, and aside umbrellas there are many trees providing shadow. Lots of choices for breakfast. Shout out to staff, always kind and helpful. Special thanks to: - receptionist Ana who help me with some aspects of my stay and resolving some minor issues in an efficient way - the cook Vuk, working at cooking station in the restaurant - very demanding position with even more demanding customers, but he is doing great work.

1. Wi-fi coverage should be better 2. A must: equipment in gym is old and from another time. It needs replacement with new, more ergonomic and safe equipment which will provide more efficient training - only (relatively) new cardio is not enough 3. The air conditioning in the second room I was staying was too noisy for me.

The staff was very friendly and we even managed to check in early, since our room was already ready. The room was very modern and has everything you need. The bathroom was really big and they left a little chocolate treat next to the bed for us when we arrived. Breakfast was AMAZING, there are so many options to choose from, I felt overwhelmed lol. Value for price is definitely very very very good. 11/10, would go again.

The only thing I didn't like as much is that there's quite a bit of a walk from the rooms to the Terme Portorož, but still not that bad, considering you don't actually have to leave the hotel to get there.
