Staff is very polite n helpful. I called them from the airport and within 10 mins, the shuttle was there to pick us up. Hotel reception staff was superb as the lady helped by taking one trolley bag with her to the room, chef was very good as she made wonderful dinner for us. My kids enjoyed the setting of the room. Overall we had a wonderful overnight stay there and to our surprise, the breakfast was also available from early morning at 6 AM. This helped us to eat proper breakfast before boarding our flight. I wish to give 6 star ratings if its available.

Everything was perfect.

I was upgraded to a multi-bed room, not bad for a solo traveller. After many hours of travel from Australia, this hotel was really impressive. Even though the flight arrived close to midnight, the free shuttle was still available to take me to the hotel. The manager on duty was a pleasure to deal with. He personally took me to the room and showed me all operational characteristics. The nine Euro cost for breakfast was truly worth it. It was a most varied spread. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

Hotel is very close to the airport and the free, on demand, shuttle to and from the airport was perfect. If you are transiting through Zagreb via air, then this is a good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast room with good food choice.

If you are staying longer in Zagreb, and want to visit the city, you might like to find accommodation closer to town.

Our main reason for choosing the Dream Hotel was the free shuttle and the location. The shuttle arrived promptly after we called for it and left the next morning at the early hour we requested. The hotel is a short drive from the airport in a neighbourhood that also houses a huge Konzum supermarket in close proximity. which is a huge bonus. The staff kindly allowed us an early check in upon arrival, which is not guaranteed, but we were lucky. The room was a bit small and it would have been nice to have a kettle, but neither of these issues would have changed our decision to stay there. The Dream Hotel delivered exactly what we were looking for.

Close to the airport. Family room was quite large with two bedrooms and a large shower room. We had dinner in the hotel, which was very conveniet for us with the kids after a long day of flight. Dinner was pretty good although a little pricy. Breakfast was also decent. Basically this hotel has all you need for the night before/after a flight. Free shuttle from the airport.

The room facilities could use a better maintenance. The bed was huge, which is great, but it squeaked each time you change position. Also the shower and the hot tub were a little clogged and a little rusty.

the staff was really welcoming and they offer all facilities (free shuttle from airport, parking, breakfast, restaurant...) so that if you arrive too tired from a flight you'll have all what you need. I liked the location close to the airport but also in walking distance there's nice places to eat and even a big supermarket. Rooms were classic and confortables. Would definitively book here again if I need to fly from Zagreb :)

Free airport transfers and picked us up with no hassle despite a 2 hour delay making it a 2am pick up. Also allowed us to use free shuttle to go back to airport in morning to get our car hire.

Close to the airport, the shuttle was an added bonus. The Breakfast was superb. Restaurant is open until 10pm in the evening, and the food was good. The room had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful, we would stay here again.

Would have liked an extra pillow

We booked the acco at the last minute due to flight cancelled. The staff is very helpful and allow early check in, so we can have some rest early. The room is nicely prepared. It also provide a free airport shuttle, which is beneficial for traveler like us to have a flight at 6.30am. Much appreciated!
