Easy to get to. Everything was as expected. Clean room, comfortable bedding, pleasant staff, no problem getting an airport transfer, love the tea kettle in room with options of tea or coffee.

it was quite hot in room. I didn't think to turn off heat before I went to bed- but that is user error, not hotel fault. breakfast is from 7, so I missed it since my flight was earlier- not sure if I could have gotten a breakfast to go- but not a big deal. I enjoy staying at this hotel and will continue to make it my go to hotel when flying in and out of Zagreb.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant that we did not use . Staff are very helpful, we were given a breakfast bag as we had to check out at 6am when breakfast starts at 7am . Staff ordered us a taxi . Comfortable bed and nice bathroom

As this hotel is used by guests leaving on early flights at 7.30am and 8am , it would be helpful if the hotel started breakfast at 6am . Some airport hotels in London start at 4am . First free shuttle bus to airport is 7am , again, too late for early flights , we had to pay for a taxi . Our TV did not work in room 302, there was no signal . Only one chair in the room for 2 persons .

This hotel is modern and clean. It has an elevator, easy parking and an exceptionally good breakfast. Staff were helpful and directed us to a local bar/restaurant for a tasty dinner.

The air conditioning and the heating cannot function at the same time according to staff. Apparently this is a central control issue. When we visited it was the change of seasonal temperature so the room was quite warm (26 celsius ) even though the night temperatures were cool (11 celsius )

Nice, clean and modern hotel within minutes of the airport. Our room had plenty of space, more than just a standard hotel room. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Plenty of free parking. It only took us around 10 minutes to get to the airport for our early morning flight on a Saturday morning. Friendly staff. They even provided us with a "to go" bag in the morning for breakfast since we were checking out early!

for a hotel this size it's a shame they don't have their own parking. The weekend was free on the streets so that's ok otherwise 16Euros for the night in nearby carpark. We knew about it though.

The people are nice and helpful. Check in was very fast. Breakfast was good and with different choice of coffee. If you are in the city for a stopover, it’s near the highway, easy to access. Family room was big enough.

We stayed in the family room and my daughter who slept in the extra bed, had bites all over her legs in the morning. There were no mosquitoes in the room so we do not know what it was. There is no closed parking (but still ok with secure outdoor parking). It would have been nice to have more fresh fruits for breakfast. If you are in the city to visit the city, it’s outside the city center.

Very comfortable beds. Rooms although slightly outdated decor-wise, were clean and spacious. Location was good, ideal if arriving in Croatia late at night as the hotel is close to the airport and provides late check ins and free parking. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious, also included in the room rate.

This property was quiet with comfortable beds inside of a spacious room. They had a very good breakfast and were reasonably priced.

We booked this hotel as an airport hotel, but be advised that it really isn’t that close to the airport. They have a bus that goes to the main area of town, but it’s a bit of a ride there as well. This hotel would be great if you had a car.

We stayed only 1 night to be close to the airport for our early morning departure. The desk arranged a taxi to pick us up since we had to leave before their shuttle service began. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

It was close to the airport but not so close to areas of interest in Zagreb so it was a bit remote once we turned in our rental car.

the breakfast was excellent and varied, the staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the hotel is 10 min from airport by car or taxi, so it's very convinient if you need hotel for one or two nights before or after your flight

the bed could be more comfortable and the room needs some modernisation, but it was really clean and other hotel facilities are renovated, so everything look nice
