I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel Zagreb and it was an exemplary experience from start to finish. The hotel's modern architecture immediately caught my eye, and the interiors did not disappoint. The rooms are a harmonious blend of space and brightness, and meticulous attention to cleanliness is evident not just in the pristine bathrooms but throughout the hotel. The staff, with their affable nature, ensured that every need was attended to with a smile. The breakfast spread was an absolute delight with its range and flavors. For travelers passing through Zagreb or those looking to stay close to the highway without the hustle and bustle of city life, this hotel is perfectly located. Its proximity to a shopping mall, just a 5-minute walk away, adds to the convenience. And after a long day, sinking into their incredibly comfortable beds felt like a dream. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in Zagreb!

While my overall experience at Grand Hotel Zagreb was positive, there was one aspect that I found slightly disappointing. Despite the luxurious offerings of the wellness center, it was surprising to discover that additional charges applied to the spa and sauna facilities. Only the pool was available for complimentary use. I believe that for a hotel of this caliber, guests might expect more all-inclusive wellness amenities.

Location near the highway and just 6km outside of Zagreb. A nearby shopping centre too. Very delicious and rich breakfast. Free parking & SPA too! We were 4 family members and booked 2 twin rooms. When we arrived at the hotel around 20:30, we didn't know that in the room price it was included also the swimmin pool, fitness and jakuzzi, but the Reception lady told us herself that we can use them for free until 10 P.M. which was very welcoming to us after many hours of driving. In general, the Hotel has everything and it's simply - perfect. Highly recommended from us!!!

I loved the excellent service provided by the hotel staff, especially in the aperitif bar. I was extremely well served by the staff at the bar and all the praise is due because they are very professional in doing their job. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it is very easy to surrender to the peace of the hotel. the wellness oasis is at the high level of the zen mind. Very professional staff will welcome you with a smile and guide you in using the wellness area. The rooms are very clean and tidy and smell nice after the room is cleaned. Thank you for your service and kindness. The food is very tasty and varied and the staff is there for you if you need anything. Creaking of chairs at breakfast. My suggestion is that the hotel installs either a soft floor or soft chair legs so that when the guests finish eating and move the chair away from the table, there will not be so much noise. I believe that there must be peace while eating.

good for a quick overnight while travelling as near main roads rather than in the city. Suited us as was breaking up a journey to Pula airport. loved the spa, room was lovely, breakfast was fabulous.

Everything. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by a very friendly member of the staff. Parking lot was plenty big and well marked/ lit. Room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect and convenient. The pool and spa personnel were lovely. Great stop on a road trip, we’ll definitely be back.

The only thing is if you’re going into Zagreb it’s not terribly convenient. I think the quality is still worth staying there but it’s a bit of a commute into the city. There is a mall right next door which is very convenient.

All the staff was amazing, friendly and so kind always smiling that left with a feeling of home. I had to request their help for a few work-related things, and they helped without hesitation. The room was nice decor with excellent soundproofing ideal for relaxing, fully cleaned, it's seems brand new and with a fresh smell. The hotel has a very welcoming lobby (I used it to work), and a good parking lot. The Gym is fully equipped with the top articles. Unfortunately, I hadn't the opportunity to try the pull and the SPA, but for what I could see is lovely to spend some quality time.

The facilities were very clean and good I was offered the 3rd floor one with good view. The customer service is great, and not just one individual but all staff are friendly and helpful. I like swimming and the pool was very clean and warm. The breakfasts is delicious with a wide range to choose from. 10/10 , I would go back to grand hotel Zagreb if I ever visit Croatia again.

cleanliness, and good facilities

Loved everything, amazing hotel. Very good breakfast. It offers all kinds of amenities that you can enjoy if you have time. The extra bed for the child was great and incredibly comfortable. We have never come across such a nice bed for a child. I have recommended it to friends and would stay there again on my next visit to the city.

I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel Zagreb. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. The atmosphere and service were great. I was impressed by the quality of food offered in the hotel's restaurant, everything was so delicious. The wellness & spa zone was excellent too, especially the Turkish bath. I highly recommend this hotel!

Easy accessible by fast roads so you can avoid rush hours in traffic when coming to Zagreb. Big shopping centre only 5 min walking distance from the hotel offers variety of things to do. Also the most important is to be able to combine bussiness with pleasures of wellness and to be able to relax after the long working hours.
