Big insect in our bathroom and after cleaning in other day the died insect remained in their, so poor quality of cleaning

All inclusive: First of all - stuff! They were amazing, always smiling, always nice, in good mood, communicative, they were really perfect all of them, reception, bar, kitchen, waiters. ❤️ Food 🍽️ - so many different dishes from Greek cuisine, Italian, international… breakfast buffet is the same every morning, but that’s okay because you can chose between 15 different types of food, eggs in few different ways, bread sweet or sour, bacon, sausages, cornflakes, yogurt, coffe, tea, juices… for lunch and dinner is always some pasta, meat (chicken, pork, beef, fish), potatoes, 10 different salads, and the chef is greating people, asking if everything is okay. Bar - really friendly staff, our neighbors from Bulgaria, greetings for them! 😁 Cocktails were amazing. Our room was looking to garden, pool, and little bit the sea, always clean, cleaning lady cleaned when we put the sign on our door. We also had some Serbian channels on tv. Pools - a little bit cold water but it’s because of the wind and rain, we enjoyed our time in garden on sunbeds with cocktails. Nissi beach is 2 mins away, and it’s maybe most beautiful beach I saw. Large, clean seaside and sea, really great. Be careful, there are pickpockets.

Well, bar is open until midnight so some people are getting drunk and make noise, that could be annoying, and maybe hotel management should make some plan about that, because there are people with children, and us who came for calm and relaxed vacation.

location is more than excellent, pools,sunbeds, children playground, clean towels everyday, great cleaning staff, good staff at restaurant- ultra speed and supper service, thematic dinners, animation for kids- Magic show, all is very comfortable and very good value for the money

The breakfast buffet is good but same everyday. When you spend 10 nights there you can not handle it anymore. Dinner is always different and therefore it does not come boring and monotone. Besides that, breakfast lacks vege options tuna fish, some pate, polenta, pies (for example with mushroom, spinat, cheese)...humus, tahin...etc

The room was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the daily room service. The staff were very friendly and respectful, making us feel truly welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food served at the hotel. Each meal was a delightful culinary experience, offering a variety of options that satisfied our tastes. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to Nissi Beach, just a 5-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. Being so close to such a stunning beach added another layer of enjoyment to our trip. We look forward to returning in the future.

It was great to stay at Nissana Hotel, very friendly and helpful stuff, comfortable rooms, very tasty breakfast and dinner with lots of choices, great location, entertainment during evening as different shows, offers for car rental and so on. There are lots of good things to say. I would love to come back here again.

We stayed in the bungalows and we mostly enjoyed the location, the pool and the very good restaurant food. I would also like to mention the helpful staff which made us feel welcomed.

If i were to mention an improvement, the windows and doors do not provide good sound insulation and could do with an upgrade.

Nissi Beach very close to the hotel. Shops and restaurants nearby. Pleasant restaurant and bar staff.

stop locking tv's so that people can cast their own content from netflix,youtube etc... its not 2015. Altough good value for money, chicken in the restaurant is very bland, dry and not seasoned at all, not even with salt. Pool temperature during the summer is way to hot, looks like there is no temperature regulator. Only used the inside pool to cool off.

Great hotel with various food options and activities. Good size and clean pools outdoor and indoor too. Location is perfect only 2-3 mins by walk to Nissi beach Shops, restaurants just around the corner.

The room size could have been a little big bigger

We liked everything. Because we liked it so much here, we’ve booked another 4 days next month. Is close to Nissi Beach, 5 min walk. Close to bus station which takes you to the airport and not only that. Supermarkets around, restaurants, pharmacy, everything. The hotel room is so nice and clean and the staff is great. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they bring her two Cyprus sweets specialty’s. Not only that, we were at the restaurant and they bring her a little cake with candle. Really sweet from their side. We travel a lot and this is by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed into. If you come to Ayia Napa, this is the hotel you are looking for.

Great value for money. Very close to one of the best beaches in Cyprus, Nissi beach. Pool towels available free of charge. Nice pool area including small pool for kids.

Bathroom is outdated. Hotel is located directly on the Nissi avenue which is quite noisy due to active traffic. Therefore, it was challenging to sleep with open balcony door.
