Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel

Our recent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in July was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our stay was impeccable. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of everything we wanted to explore. Our room was comfortable, and the delicious breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start our days. A special thank you goes out to Tommy, whose unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. He was always attentive, customer-oriented, and always had a smile on his face. His warm and engaging conversations added a personal touch to our stay that we'll fondly remember. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of wine, fruits, and cookies delivered to our room shortly before check-out. It was a small but meaningful gesture that made our departure even more memorable. We genuinely appreciate the hotel's attention to detail. The massage we booked was a bit rough, not relaxing at all. And the lady who was tweezing my eyebrows, didn't do a great job either.

It was amazing , everything was perfect , the facilities the staff the rooms the view the pool the beach everything!!!

We had a great time in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious and with wide variety of foods. Especially liked the cyprus sweets. My son's favourite was the melon slices. It was always fresh and cooled. Location was also super, very close to the sea. The nearest bay - in front of the hotel - was a bit tiny and when entering into the sea you had to pass few steps through gravel, but Nissi Beach is also near by using the pedestrian way near to the sea. In the hotel basement we could wash our clouths using self-service loundry. You could buy washing powder and softener at the hotel reception. Also in the basement you can freely use the gym and an indoor pool which was rarely used. While waiting for our clothes to be washed and dried we were swimming in the pool.

Room is equiped with flat screen TV, but no channels could be found. At the end this was positive as we could spend time much better than wathing tv.

The hotel is very nice and it exceeded our expectation, especially the rooms. They were super comfortable and newly renovated, it smelled on new :) The room and the bathroom were perfectly cleaned and really well equiped with really nice details, and super great ligtening, main and ambient lightening. Even we didn't book a room with sea view and stayed in the the cheapest room option, from the balkony we had side sea view, and I guess all other rooms have such indirect sea view because of the hotel position. The stuff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious with food variety that is not served even in some 5 star hotels (we had only breakfast). The location is also probably one of the best features of this hotel because it close within a walking distance to the crowded city center, and at the sime is with direct and best access to the nice sandy beach in front, and you can use the pool sunbeds which are within few metters from the beach with direct view. I must mention that the sunbeds are like real beds comfortable because of the huge mattress that they have :) You have shops right accross the road.

Everything was great

We went here for our honeymoon, there were two small bottles of wine, a plate with fruits and some cookies waiting for us, which was a very nice gesture. Staff was always super friendly, nice & helpful. We only had breakfast in our stay, but you can purchase all inclusive if you want to. Breakfast food was amazing, a lot of varieties, and also the food from both restaurants is very good, and again staff super nice. We love the fact that is close to the beach, away from main road and is a lot more quiet, but at the same time close to markets, and very good restaurants.

We would have loved to have slippers for the room and robes. The ironing station is at a level where there are some showers, and people book hours for the shower and you can’t go and iron your shirt.

Our stay at Pavlo was amazing. Great value for the price. Location, Breakfast, proximity to beach and city was great. And the rooms were clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room is new, clean, pool is nice, a varied tasty breakfast.

No slippers, tooth kit which should be in 4* hotel by standards. We took a room for 3 guests, but there was no blanket for the third bed. And when we asked a receptionist for help , he just provided us with the cover.

Great location, nice new rooms, nice sunbeds with supercomfortable mats and there were plenty of them available even after breakfast (we were there in October), we have found lunch to be the most variable meal of the day, the rest was ok Also weather was great even for swimming in the sea even in October. It was actually warmer than swimming pool.

There were few missleading information on the reception once we wanted to plan some trip, but we were able to manage by ourselves with agency in city

Bar, location, stuff is good. Great rooms.

Dinner sometimes good with a lot of options to choose but sometimes you have chicken nuggets as a best choice of the eve.

It was nice place to stay, good hotel for this price, next to the sandy beach, many great restaurants and shops around. The hotels rooms are renovated and modern. Both ladies on the reception was very friendly and kind. Good transfer for extra charge, information about transfer possibilities we received from the hotel administration.

The side sea view room was directly opposite another hotel, but we didn't worry about it on the next days. It would be nice to improve the cleanliness, especially the cleaning of the room. The floor is dirty, dust and hair, during our stay it was not cleaned daily, shower gel and other toiletries were not replenished, of course you can buy them in shops or regularly look for the staff and ask them. Overall, the hotel is not bad, if the cleanliness and the responsibility of the cleaning staff would be improved.
