The staff was great, very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, modern and spacious. There is view of the sea. The breakfast was good with a lot of selections. The beach club restaurant is very nice and right by the beach. There is a quick passage to the beach. Nice gardens with shade.

This hotel could easily get a 9 but need to cut some points because there was NO sound-proofing between the rooms, we could clearly hear the people from the room next door. No green policies, i.e. automatic power cut, save water signs etc. The breakfast should have more Cypriot flavours and labelling.

The layout of the swimming pools is great and with so many pools, the place never felt crowded. A lovely beach nearby. Pretty grounds.

The reception and staff seemed disorganized. Room cleaning was not always fully delivered, one day they forgot to clean my room. I had to ask. The worst aspect was food: mediocre, limited, and repetitive, often something left over from the night before.

The multiple pools and location to the beach was great.

When we booked the room we thought it was two separate bedrooms but it’s one shared space separated by a moveable divider. There also wasn’t any hot water. And as someone who wasn’t as mobile I would have liked there to be more amnesties and areas that are easily accessible for some one that is disabled or with limited mobility. Such as hand rails to enter the pool

Not enough space to describe everything but will only cover cleanliness or lack of it. In a five night stay the room was substandard cleaned once. On check in the room was not properly cleaned with dust possibly three month old. The room had bathrobes which were an embarrassment to have

Where should I start. I worked over a year in a 4 star hotel in Florida, and also I stayed since then in a few if them. The list is so long what was wrong here: the place wasn’t quite open yet to be honest, the pool area didn’t look nothing like in the pictures, dirty water in the pool, only the first breakfast was continental, the rest of the days, they figured since there is only 3 couples in the entire hotel, they will bring out whatever they want for you to eat, but the thing is the pastries were reheated, and couple days old, also the fruits were turning brownish, the second day our air conditioning stopped working, maintenance guy came with one screw driver in his hand, didn’t fix it of course, the TV wasn’t working and some lights also. We had to change the room in the middle of the night cause it was 27 degrees in the room, in the new room, because it was on the first floor, it was full of bugs most probably because the window remained open… but the cherry on the top was as we left, we asked for breakfast to go, as any 4/5 star hotel would happily do, because you payed for that as well, and when we get to the front desk, the guys tells us that it is noted on the paper here, but the breakfast wasn’t made yet, so he started calling the kitchen and trying to put something together, which of course we didn’t receive at all, cause we had to leave to catch the flight. And instead of offering us that because they didn’t prepare our breakfast, which would’ve been nice for the road, to cancel the 2 beers and 2 still waters that we had on the room, any hotel I’ve stayed in, because of their mistake would’ve canceled those at least, because we had so many issues, plus the room change etc… the front desk guy started saying that if we are not paying it will be deducted from his salary… I payed 592€ for 4 nights of stay, it wasn’t worth it at all!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel, there are many others in the vicinity close by!!

Most of the staff didn’t really care about u. I had to ask 3 times for simple things like an extra blanked.. the “fresh beach towels” weren’t available until 9:45am! And when i asked the staff they said i need to go and ask at the Reception… wouldn’t recommend it to anyone & wouldn’t book it again! Wanted to order some water at the beach bar it was 9:57 and they said no they open at 10am and kept talking to each-other and ignored me… Definitely not more than 2 stars…
