Vassos Nissi Plage Hotel & Spa

On the 5th floor (room 520) - perfect cleaning. I never saw who was cleaning, but they seemed to guess my thoughts throughout the stay. Although I had problems at the reception desk and I had to accept a low grade room for one day, the rest of my stay was "rewarded": exemplary cleanliness, attention to the smallest details, sheets changed on time, not a grain of sand left behind even on the balcony. I was sorry I didn't thank the housekeeper Breakfast was almost the same every day but with a lot of choices, so you could eat something else every day.

I was offered a side view camera with 20 meters of side wall instead of the sea view one paid for because... "that's how it was in the electronic system ???? and we do not have another room right now". It is a noisy area especially in the evening because at the beach tavern they play bad music with many decibels.

-Wonderful unobstructed pool & sea view. -Spotless clean. -Breakfast was excellent with freshly prepared omelette and pancakes. -Very nice pool area. -The property is located at Nissi beach which is probably the best beach in Cyprus. -Reception staff very professional and swift checkin.

-You need a car, taxi or bus to go to Agia Napa City where all the clubs and port area and all the action is . -Not enough Sun beds and umbrellas. -Lifeguard at pool has an attitude and very lazy. -Pool Ladder was broken and it took the lifeguard two hours to act and fix it before a child gets injured. -Pool bar restaurant needed 1Hour for o prepare two Texas Burgers . -You have to pay €10 deposit for a pool towel this was a first and never seen anywhere else especially in 4 stars.

Very good location, really close to the beach Great swimming pool, with a bar and plenty of sunbeds Good breakfast, although a bit repetitive food

We booked from the hotel a private transfer and when we arrived in Larnaca there was nobody waiting for us. We had to take a taxi from the airport The room had a great view, but we reserved for a room with a double size bed and an extendable sofa bed, but instead we got the double sized bed and a bed for a baby The fridge in the room was barely working The room was not as good as we expected, but the main advantage of the hotel is that it's very close to the beach

Nice and clean, beds nice, food ok

Room wasnt ready when we arrived so the hotel send me to another very very cheap hotel for the first night. And when they send me to the hotel for the first night, they send me to the wrong hotel, so a taxi had to come and pick us up and drive us to the right hotel. Got upgraded to another view and got late checkout , 6 oclock instead of 12 oclock Food was good ,but not many things to choose from.

Nice, clean comfortable rooms. We have booked room with sea view and we got it. Daily rooms cleaning, strong air conditioning in the room, good breakfast, lovely pool area and dining area. Close to the Nissi beach, just road is between.

There is only one small elevator, so it can be frequently occupied, but you can use the stairs. Air conditioning button was broken so we could not adjust its level - it can be strong or turned off.

Location, location, location

Breakfast. The breakfast was bad compared to the four-star hotel we stayed in the previous three days in Paphos. From fruit, only apple slices, unpeeled sour orange slices and green melon were available every day. From the offer that they prepared in front of me, only omelettes jugs of orange liquid (eggs?) did not look pleasant. All the roasted vegetables were very! overcooked, softened to the point of exhaustion. Defeatable. We expected more. It was also bad that we guests had to scramble in the morning for sunbeds by the pool. There was no soft elegance...

Everything was great, thanks to Mr. Ivan on reception who found us a room to sleep until 12 o'clock, because our flight was early in the morning, we arrived at 5 o'clock at the hotel, and then changed into a beautiful room with a beautiful view of the most beautiful beach. Definitely a hotel that has the best position in Ayia Napa, the rooms are cleaned every day, the food is phenomenal, the choice is great and everything is always fresh, warm…

The only complaint is about the pillows in the bedroom, they could be a little thicker. And for all those who do not know the drinks included in the price they have only for breakfast, for other meals they have to pay for it themselves.

The whole hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent, especially with the children. It’s right next to the beach and a short walk (5-10 mins) from bars and some amazing restaurants if you’re not all inclusive. The pools were great, with a lovely pool bar. There was so much to do there and pool time/ evening entertainment. We had a double room and it was so comfortable and there was so much space. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all- our stay was everything we hoped for and more.

The Famous restaurant on site was awful when we ate our evening meal there. When we mentioned the problems with 4 out of 5 of our meals the staff were unhelpful and said anything they take off the bill comes out of their tips, so there wasn’t anything they could do. The food we had from the lunch menu by the pool was amazing though.

Loved the location! So perfect for accessing Nissi beach which is what we went there for. Also it was quiet, staff were friendly without being interfering. Food was great (we were full board) Pool was nice with really lovely padded loungers. Felt very luxurious. Great pool bar.

I didn’t really enjoy the breakfast but that’s not to say it wasn’t good it just wasn’t my thing. I have rarely found a hotel abroad who can provide me with a breakfast I enjoy. However things like lack of fresh fruit (only tinned available) and the butter for toast wasn’t good (too margarine like). The other meals though were brilliant and delicious and I definitely enjoyed it too much!

Every thing was wonderful. We enjoyed every moment.

There are no toilets at all on the entrance floor. In the evening even the toilet near the bar is closed. Every time you have to go up to the first floor to even for washing your hands.
