Location is second to none. Choice of a Blue Flag public beach and the hotel’s own picturesque yet rocky private beach. Hotel staff were superb and the extremely hard working. Thank you for the surprise champagne to commemorate our wedding anniversary!! Thanks to the lovely reception team!! The pool was uncharacteristically warm. What a bonus compared to some hotels. Taxi to Ayia Napa is roughly 10 euros depending on the taxi driver 🤣. Shops are walking distance. Hotel is in a quieter area compared to Nissi Beach

The food choices need updating. I would have expected an omelette station, more authentic Cypriot food like homemade Moussaka. Food should be portion controlled by the staff who should dish it up. Less pre-packaged vegetables and fish. Breakfast could do with individual live yoghurts. Berry fruit etc. The Spa area wasn’t as welcoming. You should be able to access the gym before 10am because people will want to go there before breakfast. The spa should be free to use. Rooms need slight renovation and carpets in the hallway need replacing to reflect the 4 star rating. USB ports in rooms is standard now in 4 star hotels. Lack of variety of entertainment if you don’t have a big family gathering or young kids.

Location was superb. It was right next to one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Also, swimming pools were great. Furthermore, there are lots of other stuffs like music, karaoke, dancings, kids club, etc.

The food was a let down for us. We took the half board option that includes breakfast and either lunch or dinner. There were quite a lot of option, but the quality/taste of food was pretty basic. It felt like typical office restaurant food. This was really disappointing from such a nice place to stay. I would recommend to stay in this hotel, but just eat outside. Cyprus has such great food options in every corner! One more thing that could be improved is to increase the access time to the pools. It is only between 10-18, which is quite short.

Great location, right next to 2 beaches, more beaches short walk away . The staff was all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. food was tasty, dinner everyday different theme and you could have Italian/ Greek or Japanese as well. We would like to come back one day.

Both pools closed at 18:00, should stay open at least until 20:00. The use of small plastic cups for all drinks during the day, too much waste

The food wasn't the best

The overall resort was good. Nice renovated room, private beach with enough sunbeds, food was very good and plentiful. All drinks free with all inclusive package (recommended). Nice staff.

Room wasn't cleaned very well. Rooms corridor looks dirty and old. Outside shower water near the pool bar smelled very bad. There is no convenience store in the premises or nearby, but an insignificant souvenir shop. You should walk 1 km to get to the main road and find shops etc...

the location was great, right on the beach! The bedroom was large and the bed quite comfortable. The beach bar was the best asset , there was live music both days and both bands were excellent! The stuff at the beach bar were very friendly. there was good breakfast.

we were with an all inclusive deal, but a lot of things were not really included, there was a special list we could order from, and we could only eat at the buffet restaurant- which was very basic , not great food. Also dinner was a bit sad really.. it was raining and there was nothing to do and nowhere to sit that was not hot and sticky and depressing. Also in the weekends I pay extra for the beach beds.

we had a bungalow which was nicely renovated, very clean and had a wonderful view. the receptionist, Mr. Aristos was extremely polite and helpful.

1) food was awful. both breakfast and dinner was so bad that I just avoided eating altogether. I even found something moving in my salad. 2) they charge 10€ deposit for every pool towel you use and pool towels are only refreshed every 3 days. 3) no lifeguard on duty at the big pool

Nice hotel, a little older than it looks like on the pictures but they were in the process of painting it👍 Great location (quiet), nice staff and beautiful beaches!! The pools were very nice for both adults and children.

The food was ok, not super. I wish they would not play house/techno music by the pool, there were no party people there, only families 😅

Fab resort with great pools, beach and wonderfully welcoming staff - nice to feel part of the family despite only being there a few days amd nights Great food and drinks available throughout the day Day time activities were fun (if not well attended by other guests) - particularly enjoyed morning yoga with Dorka and water polo with the wedding party guests! It was slightly further out of Aiya Napa than we had appreciated but there were regular public buses available a short walk away, and always plenty of taxis.

The night time entertainment was pretty dire - not much thought seemed to have been put in and the entertainment staff were not great at being clear and getting audience participation so most nights seemed to be an identical kids disco and then a variation on kareoke/Britains Got Talent. A shame as our only negative
