The reception staff was really nice The buyer made it is also super friendly and professional. The pool view is amazing even The small Seaview that we have from the rooms. Location is perfect for those who want some peace from loud music from the party area

The pool inside, and the Jacuzzi were dirty, it’s a shame that they don’t take care of it, as well as the rest of the hotel, which is clean. so it’s a bit surprising. A smaller the detail the housekeeping entered in my room while I was sleeping twice, even if I put the non-disturb button

Room was very clean we got an update to the room with private swimming pool and we thank you for this , straight outside of our bedroom🙏 Staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. The receptionist Anastasia helped us with the check in also we requested for an hour late check out due to the rain and she helped us with our request as well. The Restaurant manager Andreea is very professional and friendly also the staff at the bar I remember few names Anca, Iannick and Szymon also the rest of the staff all were very professional and friendly and also the lifeguard Vita. We were on all inclusive and breakfast lunch and dinner had a lot of variety of food and different every day. We are definitely going back to Eleana Hotel and I highly recommend it.

We liked everything about the property however It would have been nice if there was a bingo game or any other type of entertainment for those who just want to spend their holiday in the hotel. Also if it was possible the swimming pools outside the rooms to have been heated just thoughts I was having while I was there. Overall it’s fantastic and the excellent customer service played a huge role to our perfect weekend. Thank you!!

Not enough chairs on the pool

The pool was really nice and the sunbeds in the pool were very comfortable and convenient. Very good prices for cocktails and food. The staff was pleasant and happy to help. The location was very good as there were many cafes,restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.

The breakfast and the food from the pool bar could be better. We will recommend adding a professional espresso machine in the pool bar for a better quality of coffee.

a Good choice a Good hotel

The pool, the gym, the location of the hotel (close both to the center + nice beaches) , free parking .

There was no cleaning in our room for 2 days due to the fact that when the cleaning lady wanted to come in, we were still in the room. We asked for 10mins to leave, but then the cleaning lady never returned to make up our room those 2 days. But all other days were fine. The breakfast could have been tastier (local bread, fresh pastry was missing + bigger variety of ham/salami. )

The hotel was brilliant. The location is in the center of Agia Napa, so basically easy access to everything and everywhere. Reach breakfast. The facilities are also many and the staff was also very polite, always smiling and very very helpful. The room was also very clean. Highly recommended!

The pool bar had many nice cocktails at a very reasonable price. Very nice room, spacious and clean. Nice pool view at breakfast. Very tasty breakfast.
