The staff was great and very welcoming. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The location is great for people who are looking for quite but also very close to the square by walk.

There is no direct access to the beach and the hotel bed's are pretty far from the shore. The pool is a little bit small and you need to come early in order to have an available bed.

Very clean and spacious room. It was a nice place to relax after being in the sun all day. We booked a family suite and the 2 single beds were split from the double bed by a room divider. The balcony size was a nice surprise and it also had a double sun lounger on it with sun awning. This wasn't shown in the pictures or mentioned in the description. The buffet food was okay. The all inclusive drinks tasted cheap. The swimming pool was smaller than I had expected but was still a nice place to be. The pool depth throughout was 1.4m as there was no shallow or deep end. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Would I stay again? Most definitely.

Not enough parking .

We spent 3 nights in September at the "Nelia Hotel and Spa" in Ayla Napa. It was Overwhelming experience. They upgraded us to their suite hotel "KALIVA SUITES" With a private Jacuzzi in the large balconies facing the sea. wow After an extensive search at the hotel I found out that they all rooms are clean and comfortable with large balconies facing the sea. and The rooms and facilities are 5 star in my opinion They have an amazing pool with a morning exercise instructor. Breakfast was great, tasty food, lots to choose from and the waiting staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in Excellent central location. No need to use transportation. The hotel has a spa with professional massage at a reasonable price I recommend you take the combination massage Is a combination of several styles Most important the staff at front desk and in food service is 5+ stars! they couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Highly recommend! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit! Thanks for everything Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα ήταν υπέροχα

Receptionist was not very smiling but fast with the check in. She was kind to give room key at 12.00 instead of 14.00. Room basic but with almotst everything necessary available. All hotel is very clean. The breakfast is lovely and offers everything. We took half board and dinner satisfied the average taste. Many choices of food, but not too much beef or warm risotto or pasta. But considering the additional price it is a good value for money. Pool is clean and well disigned. Spa has been superb! Both the Spa receptionist, as well Kyriachos or Kypros (sorry I am not strong with name) is very professional. I strongly suggest to book one massage. There are some evening show, that will help people to spent some times before go for the night life. Location is very convenient for a walk along the shopt and restaurant street. It is also nice to have the small harbour 3 minuts walk to take the cruise boats. Family hotel, but also hotel for alone travellers that want stay in peace. If you like to have no stress for meals and a glass beer/drinks all day around, this hotel is perfect for you. The price for full board is superb!

There is nothing on the terrace where to put the wet swimming dresses or beach towels. The restroom need more forniture , at least something where to put your purfume and creams, instead to leave on the floor. There is not creamer near the Kettle. I asked to the cleaner if it was possible to have and I received a negative rude reply. The pool bar needs to have hot drink.We are forced to go to the beach to take the afternoon cappuccino. Reserved Beach is not near the pool. 5 minutes walkind are necessary. Nobody informed us at the reception that the hotel has its proper beach. We discovered this alone after the check-out. The beach is not nice like Nissy Beach. Suggest to bring some beach shoes.

I booked an inland room but it didn’t lookout inland it looked into another hotel. If you left the curtains open they could see you and vice Verda. Room was good size with accessible shower. Beautifully clean.

The only disabled toilet was on the lower ground floor with only the one lift going down. If the lift broke down or there was a power cut you are not going to the toilet. I have left comments to the Manager and a possible ground floor location.

Very high quality hotel, clean with a fantastic view. Perfectly located, right by the beach and also a 5 minute walk from the city center. Food was great and the staff were always ready to help.

The pool is a bit small, and in the afternoon, when there are lots of people it can be difficult to find space. The gym is nice but also small with limited equipment. I also wish there were dedicated sunbeds at the beach for the hotels residents, instead of having to pay for them.

Food was excellent, especially dinner. It was definitely my best food experience in hotel so far. Every dinner was special, Italian, Mexican, French, Chinese cuisine. Stuff was kind and polite

We had terrible smell in the bathroom last two days of our stay. It came through the ventilation system. Also for me was disappointing that soft drinks are not included to the dinner

The hotel and facilities were great, never got to use the indoor pool nor gym but the outdoor pool was sufficient. The staff were all amazing and worked hard despite seemingly working long hours (saw the same staff working from morning to late evening and again the following morning to evening etc) the hotel was busy with lots of tourists staying but it didn't feel overcrowded. The staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable. There was entertainment arranged by the hotel every evening, and the location is perfect for access to the beach, harbour and the town centre which were all within walking distance. The food was hit and miss with breakfast being our preferred option with plenty of choices of food items, some days lunch and dinner options were good, some days the mains didn't appeal to us but it might have been our palettes as all the food was fresh. Overall I would stay here again

Location, we booked a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony- was 100% worth the extra cost!

The pool area is small, we didn’t have a chance to use it at all during our stay as people put their towels down at 7am etc. the hotel could try to prevent this. The all inclusive package had quite a few exclusions ie you had to pay for slushies or iced coffee or Prosecco.

Hubby and I are returning guests as we stayed at Kaliva suites last year and loved it, we came back this time with friends at Nelia Beach Hotel. Just like last time the staff was super friendly 😊 they remembered us as well. The room had a gorgeous view, very comfy bed, was clean and the shower was lovely! Rich breakfast buffet, wonderful time by the pool! We love the location too - right next to the "limanaki" away from the night clubs but still 2 mins walk from the main road of Napa full of cafes and restaurants, 15min walk from the town square and 2 mins from Kaliva by the beach 😎 Great value for money for what this hotel offers. We will deffo be back again!
