The Lady who has done the performance on the stage in the evening on 12.06.2023 was great! Wonderful piano/organ player and an extraordinary voice! Maybe Mrs. Elena Manoury? Thank you lady for playing "always rememberus this way" as last song. With your voice you should be in the charts! And also the cleaning ladies are great! Thank you for being wonderful persons!

The temperatures in lobby and deining rooms are too cold! Outside wind and low temperature and inside you cool down the rooms too much. I do not travel into a warm country to freeze in the hotel. Das Essen könnte eine größere Auswahl vertragen, generell aber gut!

Great, sandy, shallow private beach. Various food options, changing dinner theme. Kids club available 6 days a week for free. There was entertainment every evening. The spa is fabulous for massages.

Sometimes getting food to go was complicated. Getting food for children wasn't ideal, e.g. main dish with different side. There was entertainment every evening until 11pm. Very loud with closed balcony doors as well. For the children's sleeping schedule not ideal.

They let us wait 4 hours before give us the room. Not a 5 star hotel, maybe 4 stars.

food was excellent, lots of variety and always warm and plenty of it! Beach was great! Right outside the hotel, didn't need to go traveling for miles, and was always nice and quiet. Gym was decent has plenty inside for a good workout. reception area was very clean and well looked after!

I paid for a room that was sea and pool view and i only got a side view of the sea and couldn't even see the pool. Even tho in the room description it said sky line view. Room it self was a bit tatty and lots of dust and loose bits of floor board. Fridge was basically an oven didn't keep anything cold. Also found that we had to ask a lot on what we were entitled to with half board as nothing was said to us on check in, for example how the bar tab works and what happens if it doesn't all get spent.

Basically everything: * Good food with a lot to choose from, with different menus each day * Swimming pool * Nice cocktails in the bar * We haven't seen any DRUNK people during our stay. A very family-friendly place * Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly * Clean sandy beach. Just bear in mind it's not Maldive's-like sand ;) * Very warm sea

Room noise insulation. Since we were traveling with an infant, it was very unpleasant to discover that walls are literally made from cardboard and you can clearly hear your neighbor's conversations OR music performances at the hotel's inner yard (until 23:00). As an alternative you can request a room with park view instead of hotel yard but have in mind that there may be a wedding reservation in the hotel territory which will also be quite noisy.

The room was clean, well equipped, view was beautiful, the balcony with the hot tub was great. staff is kind, the pool was well organized and there is a system which helps preserve spots.

As a vegan I had not much to eat at breakfast and nothing to eat at dinner (which I eventually skipped). Even latte with soy milk you cannot get, only regular milk. that was really disappointing.

Amazing breakfast and lovely views from our room out to the sea and Larnaca bay. All staff friendly and hospitable. Large beachfront facilities with access to the wonderful sea here. Atmosphere in the hotel is good with a relaxed vibe. The bed was large and comfortable, though not keen on memory foam mattresses as they get very hot underneath your body. Bathrooms are well designed and very easy to use, everything is logically placed and the toiletries and free items they give you are all very useful and good quality.

Pool attendants didn't seem to do much, sometimes the beach sun beds were very dirty with sand from previous users and they didn't look to help us set up umbrellas by the pool. Cool LEDs in the bedroom and bathroom are awful on the eyes. Would have liked to have watermelon (loads were being sold at roadsides but none at the breakfast buffet) and strawberries which were in season. Otherwise, the choice for breakfast was wonderful. The hotel music in the evenings was very lift music. Would have liked Greek music at least half the time and there was no Greek or Cyprus night with dancing which we would have loved to enjoy.

This was my 1st visit to Cyprus. Something happened that could have ruined my holidays and they went beyond to make my stay very pleasant. Felt really very welcomed in Cyprus by all the wonderful staff. Special Thanks to the outstanding Natalie, Kyriakos and Ann. They really care about their customers. The facilities are lovely with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, beach, restaurants with delicious food. Very child friendly. All the staff is very attentive. Will definitely come back and bring family and friends with me next time.Strongly recommended! One of my best holidays!

We like many things such as the food, the jacuzzi in the room balcony, the staff and pool/Beach access. Room are spacious.

We were not happy about the pool/beach bedding reservation where people that were staying for 3 weeks could keep all the best along the pool.. transat close to the pool for all the stay even if they were not going. You end up looking for transats while they are all reserved and empty... Not great. I invite all people that felt the same way to comment on management. It's not fair for the new arrival.. should be limited in time because some people with two young kids should be able to be close to the pool. Anyway that was not much since we had reserved a jacuzzi in the room that we used very much.
