We had a wonderful time in this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable. Staff were helpful and courteous. It had the amenities we need to enjoy for a vacation; pool, restaurants on site (3 infact - serving different cuisine), breakfast was amazing, free parking and of course, their own private beach. Bed was comfortable. Sofa seating was very much appreciated. Loved our patio overlooking the beach.

Some of the hotel fixtures were broken. Example the bed lighting. We didn't even bother to touch it as it look they were about to fall apart.

Great location, neatest spa hotel to Limassol marina and old town, 45 mins walk along a lovely walk way along the side of the beach. hotel right next to the beach. other hotels other side of busy beach road. spa treatment excellent. I booked my treatment at quick spa Nicosia by mistake and they transferred it over for me without charging a no-show fee and being really busy. Also hotel is south west facing so gets all the afternoon sun over the sea and is protected from the wind which was cold over winter. Multiple levels, one for dining and drinks and a lower level for the spa, pool, access to the sea also with its own bar, serving food. Also comfy rooms with lovely balcony over the sea. Fridge in room and daily bottle of water. Overall excellent.

Room difficult to keep cool even with the air conditioning and in the winter! could have done with more tea bags and milk. only had two of each even though there were 3 of us in the room. Would have loved a daily yoga class in the sunshine!

Great location straight on the beach, amazing seaview from the room and breakfast area. Very nice and friendly staff. Great food on the premises, we stayed for lunch and dinner a couple of times. There is a chef at breakfast who can prepare omlette and pancakes. Very comfortable indoor pool with sauna, which was great in April for the colder days. There were also SPA facilities and gym which we did not try but looked attractive. Big size outdoor pool surrounded by mature vegetation which can provide natural shadow. The hotel is 40 min walk from Limassol center and marina area, but it is a nice walk, on a good looking boulevard by the sea. Overall a very relaxed feel.

I personally didn’t like the bathroom design (esp the black color as tiles separator), looked a bit out of synch from the room, but that’s a matter of taste.

The staff were so lovely and friendly. Could not do more to help you and make sure your stay was fantastic. The hotel itself is spotless and has all the amenities you need. Quieter off peak as well which was nice. Special thanks to the blonde lady on the front desk with the shorter hair, she was honestly fantastic and super smiley all the time!

A little pricey for the food in the restaurant and wish there were more local options but this is to be expected. Food was lovely though!

We had the only room that had big deck and overlooked both pool and beach-so this was a bonus. Notwithstanding the hotel probably undersells itself it has a wonderful range of outdoor areas to cater for people to sit by-by shade, by pool, by beach and the beach is private to the hotel. The pool is gorgeous. Good variety of food choices. For us a great relax after nearly 4 weeks travelling Europe. a resort hotel but also has business people and it works

Friendly welcoming staff. Superb room, spacious, comfortable, cozy and warm. Large enough to do some morning warm-up/stretching routine before going out. Balcony is perfect to drink some wine with a sea view. Quick Spa on the -1 floor succeeded my expectations with really hot sauna, oriental steam room, quite large pool and massage rooms. Also we saw a good-looking gym next to the pool but hadn't a chance to check it out. Breakfast is very nice, versatile, with a lot of options to either eat healthy or make a feast with both sweet and savory stuff.

Internet connection was terrible. Free option is officially limited with 5 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, but we didn't get even this speed. At the same time, CYTA mobile internet works very unstable inside the building. And, although our bathroom was good enough itself, it could be much better in terms of water pressure.

The hotel is located right in front of a small bay. The hotel has a pool with sun loungers around it, plus a small area between umbrella pines on the seafront. A staircase allows easy access to the sea from this area. A small public beach is located right next to this. The hotel has a free private car park. Our room had a sea view. It was large and comfortable, very quiet, great for resting. The breakfast was delicious, with sweet and savory options for all tastes. The hotel is located about a 40-minute walk from the marina area and the old part of Lemesos. There are frequent buses that connect the marina area to the hotels located along the coast.

Excellent hotel with fantastic staff. All service was fast, friendly and efficient. Great facilities - pool, steam room, sauna in particular. Nice big room, full sized bath, excellent WiFi. I can't really fault this hotel at all.

The location is fine if you're looking towards the sea, but this area of town isn't particularly pleasant. Few decent bars or eateries within walking distance, though there's a good and cheap bus service into town.

The room was comfortable with a beautiful sea-view as per requested, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and we really enjoyed the facilities like the indoor pool and sauna, and especially the massage at the Quick Spa. Our dinner in the La Brezza restaurant of the hotel was exceptional. What made our stay even better was the great customer service we received from every hotel member we met.

We didn't have the opportunity to use the outdoor pool. Hopefully we get to use it in a future visit.

We loved our stay at the Crowne Plaza! The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. The staff members are very helpful, and make sure that all is going as pleased. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The pool area was so nice, the service at the pool was fast and with an wonderful view of the beach and very easy access. There is a small gym at the hotel which was very convenient for us, and we also booked a massage session at the spa which was superb! There are two very nice beach clubs just a short walking distance from the hotel, where we had a great time.

The prices of the food and drinks are a bit expensive, but they were almost the same as the prices at restaurants and pubs outside the hotel.
