Manager and staff are so friendly and can feel that all of them work here happily. I feel very comfortable like back home where the team seems like very welcoming customers to stay at the hotel. Staff is willing to spend some time talking to you and try their best to understand your need and feeling wherever you are. I was surprised such happy attitude not only at reception, but also waitress at the breakfast area too. Lobby manager also very warm talking to customers. In conclusion, such a wonderful team!

Everything was perfect! Food is really delicious, this is very rare in hotels. Spa is very good, everyday cleaning and small gifts like sweets, pool area, beach, we enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely come again. This is the best Limassol hotel for quiet family holidays.

It’s our first time in Limassol and we were pleasantly shocked of the hotel, service, stuff and food!! All is perfect!!! It was my birthday and they brought ballon’s, wine and a cake as a surprise!! Coming from Italy we’ve already forgot what good service means! A lot of thanks to all the stuff, great guys!!!

The hotel was great! It was a great choice for a relaxing holiday! Complimentary bottle of wine and two bottles of water (still and sparkling), fruits, sweets and a rose. Clean, quiet, amazing staff, great 24 hour room service, clean pool, clean beach, no crazy late night singers in the restaurants, great food, two great restaurants (Japanese and Greek) with great service, private beach. Even when the hotel was full, we did not feel it, there was no noise and discomfort, there was enough space in the pool for everyone and enough sunbeds for everyone. There were kids by the pool, but we didn't notice any noise. It was not special animation or loud music for kids (for us it was an advantage, we don't have children and we were looking for quiet). It is enough family hotels in Cyprus. The spa was amazing, we had a couples massage right after check in and it was the perfect start to our holiday! We had a small problem and the hotel handled it perfectly!

It was disappointing to find out that rooms with sunbeds are only on the first floor (you can see them on one of the photos), this was one of the main reasons why we choose this hotel. Booking did not notice this. We told the administrator about this and we were offered two options: a room with sunbeds on the first floor or a room on the top floor (six), we were shown both. The first floor room with sunbeds has poor sea views due to the length of the balcony and the (obviously) low floor. The room on the sixth (the highest floor) has a great view of the sea, but because of the height it is hard to see the amazing pool. We decided to stay in our room on the fourth floor, we liked the view. We got a free dinner for a good mood after this situation.

The Hotel is just perfect My first stay was in 1982 when i was a kid with my parents for a month I stayed there seven years ago and it wad great and all renewed This time too all was great and renewed again. Location , value, cleanliness, hospitality all are 10/10
