Beautiful view of the promenade from the balcony.

The sliding door of the balcony in room 312 did not close well and so it was extremely noisy at night. Not suitable for a light sleeper.

Staff on reception were great-really helpful, lovely welcome from Agnes on arrival. Clean & spacious room with balcony & delightful view of the beach, efficient air con; proximity to promenade & swimming beach.

Building is set back from the road so not easy to locate when driving; pretty tight parking in the parking garage ( but great to have it); very noisy at night with cars & motorbikes speeding along the street below until well after midnight; although it has a kitchenette there were no dishwashing supplies at all ( liquid, cloth, tea towel-told we had to buy our own-not worth it for a 3 night stay.

Nice size room and balcony overlooking the sea and beach. Air conditioner worked great. The bottle of wine upon check in was nice amd a bottle of water.

Check-in was difficult as there is nowhere to park around the hotel to check in and get a key card for the parking garage. It was made even more difficult because there was no one at the front desk. I ad to go to the bar to check in and a waitress had to get the desk attendant who was sitting at a table. He was never at the desk at any point that night. Location is a little far from where all the restaurants are but less than a mile. Everything else was great. I'd stay again.

The location was excellent. As well as only being a minute to the beach, it was a only 15 mins leisurely stroll down the very nice sea front promenade to the harbour/marina/restaurants/bars/cafes and 10 mins to the main shopping area where there are many more restaurants/bars/cafes, but others to visit before you get there. All hotel staff and those in the connected and nice ground floor bar/restaurant were very pleasant and helpful speaking very good English. The apartments we stayed in were basic, but I knew they would be. They were very clean and cleaned every day and were a very good size, with lots of storage for clothes, but not many hangers. The views from the front were great and the back was not to bad at all for a city view with very distant hills. Overall, it is a 2 star as it's basic accommodation, but an excellent one and recommended.

Minor issues include only a few hangers given the amount of wardrobe storage and the electric sockets were limited in all rooms. However, neither would stop me returning.

I killed a cockroach in the kitchen at midnight.

For us, the location was perfect - about half way between the old port and the Municipal gardens with the wine festival. The view from the room looked up and down the esplanade and out to sea. The room was spacious and clean. For basic self catering, the kitchen was reasonably equipped..... There was parking at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short for personal reasons so were only there for one night!

Breakfast was provided by the bar/restaurant below. The breakfast was a bit limited in choice and included mainly processed foods!!! As you would expect for a hotel on the front, there was traffic noise until early morning, but it was not too disturbing!

Spotlessly clean modern apartment with a nice layout and nice lighting, the mattresses on the beds was very comfortable, it also has all the necessary facilities, hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker and with a view of the sea, helpful staff and also with parking space behind the apartments, I highly recommend it

the only negative thing it was the cleaning staff that was really noisy ,we could hear them in the corridor

Good position , in front of Molos Promenade, bus station just 150 m away. Private parking. Staff ready to help you. When we arrived parking was full but car was accepted inside and when a place place was free, they park my car on the place. All room sea view with balcony. Public beach in front of hotel, just cross the road. 4 type of breakfast( buffet, traditional, english or healthy) . Pub and restaurant open untill 01:00

It was in the best location, close to the marina and the center. The kitchen has everything, and also the bathroom with a bathtub was the best thing ever. The view was really nice to the beach.

The location was very great, but it was very loud, it was difficult to sleep. Every nights was big traffic. We were not able to leave it open the balcony door at all. And also the wifi didn't work most of the time.

we enjoyed out stay. The staff were always friendly and willing to assit. Our location was perfect. Parking available washing area available. would stay again

It would be nice if there were more cupboards for clothing to be stored for 2 people and longer stays. there is more than enough rooms. That the mattress cover be changed regularly and mattress vacuumed ( i was bitten by bed mites). That the beds be made up the same everytime and not left with sheets folded/bedspreads inside out for us to come back and make up. If the option for a double bed is not available, then double fitted sheet and top sheet in a double/queen etc be put on the 2 single beds to convert to a double bed.
