The location is very close to the beach and the city centre. You can walk to the old port. Also there are many caffes and bars nearby. The people in the staff are kind, friendly. The swimming pool and the bar on the terrace next to it are nice. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

It's obvious that it hasn't been renovated in quite some time. Some tiles in the bathroom were chipped, the bathroom door had marks, the bathtub had old marks that made it look dirty and all the furniture was old. There were only two plugs in the room that were not located anywhere near the bed. The AC installation was working but it was obviously old and you cannot properly control the room temperature.

The location of the hotel is just 50m from the beach road and there are many shops at the area. The underground parking is very convenient. The room was clean and equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. The mattress of the Deluxe room is very comfortable. The balcony door and windows are new and keep out all the noise from outside. The swimming pool is a lovely place to hang out ,relax and enjoy your cocktails. The staff is very friendly

This time the Deluxe room i booked had a tiny bathroom which is not suitable for tall/big people. The a la carte menu is a little expensive , in case you want to eat in the hotel. There s also the buffet option.

staff were brilliant - very welcoming and accommodating to our party of 12. facilties were good. drinks prices acceptable. breakfast was good but predicatably repetitive. evening buffets were very good value and quality. fairly quiet location but near facilities. Chrystalla was very helpful in sorting out a booking issue - unlike Booking.com who failed to reply to 5 of my emails!!! Andreas the barman was extremely hepful and accommodating to us all - credit to the hotel. due to being early in the season we very much had the pool to ourselves on most days - so fairly quiet.

some of the beakfast items could have been hotter - especially the scrambled eggs - perhaps lids on the bain marie would assist this.

We had a fantastic time in Limassol in November, that week was sunny with 24 Celsius air and 23 Celsius degree sea. The Hotel has great location, the marina is a good walk, great Dassoudi beach also within 30 min by foot, but nice beach also available in 5 minutes. Nr 30 bus stop next to it. Staff was friendly, hotel has a classic vibe, not so fancy but it seems it has history and expertise. Good enough if you do not want to spend a fortune on accommodation, while you still have a classy stay. Pool is great, ok, it is not heated, water was 21 degree when we were there, but we enjoyed it. Garden is wonderful, we had breakfast there always.

Breakfast was the same every day without any change. Overall quality was ok, not great but acceptable, I've found always something enjoyable.

Good location! Beach is only couple minutes of walking and right in front of the hotel is a small shop where you can buy drinks, snacks etc. Even though they are building a huuugggeee skyscraper/hotel right next to the hotel, it didn't disturb us (might be because our windows were to the other side). Elevator is quite noisy, so make sure to get your room a bit away from it. Breakfast was good and had everything you might want - eggs, bacon, sandwich materials, fruit, breakfast cereal, cakes, coffee, juice etc. Pool was clean and sunbathing next to it was very relaxing.

Hotel has underground parking, but it's quite small. We were lucky, visited Cyprus in March and were able to get parking space every night, but if you are there during high season you might not get one. One of the pool handlebars was loose, so check them before grabbing.

the hotel is closed from a main street, so you don't get much noise. 24/7 reception is helpful. breakfast is nothing fancy, however sufficient to get you going. everyday they bring you fresh towels and clean the room, although i didn't really need that. staff is nice, called me a cab to airport (better pre-book it if you're on a schedule)

some mold in bathroom (i really can't escape it in CY). bathtub is slippery - no railing or mat to prevent you from falling. laudry available from the hotel - beware, it's not working on the weekends and holidays; no overnight option - just a "rush" service for 50% extra to have it back in the evening. it's pricey and not really effective (undergarments and shirts looked like they were washed with water and no detergent)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were comfortable and very clean. Location (close to marathon start - about a mile) was ideal. Food from the buffet was really rather good and plentiful, decent quality and quantity for your money (breakfast, evening buffet). The a la carte was good too. I’d say the chefs seemed friendly, well trained and good at their jobs.

Paid for an upgraded sea-view room but not worth the bother. Noise from the elevator continued throughout the night Ordered same drink 3 days running and was not charged the same price twice (different people serving understandably), to my mind the till system is either too complex or there’s a lack of transparency or training (I’d offer the first option as an explanation). Requested a massage at the end of my stay, asked during the massage whether I was allergic to anything and then at the end asked to sign a medical form. Work on the large scale property opposite starts at 6:30am (no fault of the hotel). In a few years or less with all the development, Limassol will be ‘wow’ but for the moment enjoy watching the physical investment in the buildings grow. I enjoyed my weekend away.

The hotel was in an ideal location. Lots of amenities are available. The staff at reception are very welcoming and friendly. Resturant staff need to smile a little. The room was really comfortable and the balcony was ideal. I really enjoyed the breakfast, good selection!

I liked all of it. Chamber lady was really nice, she works hard. She was very helpful. She had bad back. It's not easy to work with a bad back. Dedicated lady, she had a nice smile.

The pool and pool area excellent and incredibly cleaned, it was nice to have breakfast here too. The reception staff were initially a little abrasive, but then really very friendly and helpful. The bar has a nice vibe, friendly staff and yummy drinks. The beach is just a few minutes walk away (across a busy road) which was very handy. My room had been more recently decorated and was very well done and felt quite modern. The maids came daily and kept the place very clean.

The pillows were a little too firm. It's a good 25-30 minute walk from the Marina where you might go for dinner.

Our room was renovated and bed was big and comfortable.The location was great and in general it's a good value for the money.

My husband has left his favorite JPG jumper in the bar.But we didn't realize that until we left hotel.I contacted a hotel by booking.com about that and they were not helpful.In Croatia if you leave something in a hotel,they keep it for a while in a special room in a case you ask for it..So we were very disappointed that that was not a case with this hotel.Some of the staff was not honest.Shame..
