I was doing the check out on 16-th December at 03:00 a.m. and on the morning of 15-th December I spoke with the reception (it was a lady on the shift) and I requested a packed breakfast for the next morning ---- due to earlier check out. The lady said that will be arranged , she asked me the room number and the time when I will do the check out ---- and she wrote it down all the details. The next morning on check out, the man being on the reception, he looked at me like to an alien !!!!! He said that they don't do this and I can go and take the coffee if I want !!! His attitude and the way of talking was quite rude ! Thank you, Catalin

This time around we got a beautifully refurbished room. It was lovely. The staff really make this place, all so polite and the lovely bar lady remember us from last year. There was also a lovely lady down in the health club that gave my son an inflatable ball to play with. The breakfast is delicious, and has a lot of variety. I really can not fault this hotel. There was no fighting for sun beds and it’s a very quiet hotel which I like with a 7 year old that goes to bed early. Thank you to all the staff at Kapetanios hotel, you made our holiday so special. See you next year :)

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Very good hotel close to the centre of Limassol and across the main road to the beach. My room was spacious, and had a lovely balcony with a sea view. There was also a fridge with complimentary bottled water, (you could get it stocked before arrival if you wanted). Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning very efficient. Wifi worked well, and there was also a TV with several English language news channels. Shower was hot and powerful, and shampoo and shower gel were provided. The hotel has a good sized outdoor swimming pool, with plenty of sunbeds, and towels are available from reception. Breakfast was buffet style with a choice of hot and cold food. Staff at reception were very helpful on arrival and departure.

Nothing to dislike

Food was fine with a good choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful though the receptionist on duty when we arrived was busy with constant phone calls so we had to hang around. Check in was eventually quick and easy.

We chose the hotel due to its location and swimming pool, gym facilities which did not meet our expectations. The indoor pool was cold and the saunas were not working. Also my husband and I like to share our sauna experience so was not impressed to find that there was not a communal sauna.

The hotel is close to the intercity bus stop and about 2 kilometers from the city center, where most restaurants and cultural attractions are located. The room is spacious and has everything you could need. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

Breakfast selection is small, some products are not of very high quality. Also, there is a field nearby where every night there is a car race or something like that, which makes a lot of noise and the hotel can hear it very well even with the windows closed.

The room was spacious and clean, and we got the best one with the sea view - the beach is nearby! The hotel is very well positioned and it has his own private parking across the street. Food is also delicious. The outside pool and the sunbeds are great, but the bar and kitchen staff are the greatest - we especially have to mention waiters Nicolas and Constantinou for their kindness!

The king bed is only 160x200, we weren't so comfortable during the sleep. The gym is very small, old and almost none of the equipment works.

The room and the hotel, in general, were all very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the internet was amazing. The staff were super friendly and dealt with every request of mine. I would definitely visit the hotel again be it for work or holidays.

Probably the gym facilities were not the best but not a huge issue. There is a nice gym just next to the hotel.

This is a nice little hotel, just off the beach. Quite easy to find, good parking. Has the feeling of a proper old-school hotel with front desk and dining room etc (as opposed to many places which call themselves "hotels" but which are really more like absent airbnb style establishments). Located a pleasant walk along the seafront into town (justabout doable with kids if they're not too tired and hungry!). Breakfast has a good range of cooked food. The little indoor swimming pool is a nice bonus but very cold.

My only complaint was the check-in. There was an enormous group of Russian students ahead of us who took ages to check in and demanded that the desk clerks give them the hotel guest list to check whether their friends were on the list and the clerk just handed them the full list of hotel guests to read through.

The room was mostly quiet and clean, nice table. It was really great to have a kettle, a tea and coffee in my room (and they actually were replenished as I am run out of it). I came in the night and it was completely OK, reception were ready even considering I am actually came later than I propose while booking. The location was very convenient for me.

Not the best lunch I ever had in the hotels, but it still quite good.

I like everything. There are a big public parking place near the hotel. It was nice to have a swimming pool, gym and sauna inside the hotel and one swimming pool outside .

I couldn’t opening the doors to the room with a magnetic card. I put the card down several times and waited for the lock to respond for a while . Replacing the card at reception did not help me solve this problem. Before leaving the Hotel I saw the same problem in the next room. I don't think it's a big problem but a bit stressful.
