Convenient location, spacious clean rooms

We stayed for a single night. There's plenty of parking to the rear of the hotel, check-in was quick and George was helpful and informative. We liked our suite which was very clean and were surprised by the generous size and the fact that there was a TV in our bedroom and in the separate lounge area. The bathroom was very good with a great powerful shower. We didn't use the small kitchen area but this would be ideal for someone to knock up an evening meal - we popped out for our dinner. Wi-fi was strong. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice - the lovely Elena had everything under control. We'd happily stay again. The location is a little way from the historical centre with it's museums but it was very quiet overnight.

We can't think of anything apart from a dip in the middle of our bed - the bed could have been a little bigger too.

The room was nice and comfortable. Little minus was the non working aircondition because they would have to changed the filters before we arrived. But luckily, opening the windows during the night helped to cool down the room. The hotel is close to the old town, so you find always something to eat. And if you want to drive easy with a taxi somewhere, they use the „Bolt“ app (like Uber) to call a cheap ride.

Our aircondition in the room didn’t work because of missed filter-change (maintenance work).

The breakfast was just fantastic. Unlike bigger hotels, this is fresh like home cooking, and Elena, who prepares the breakfast, does her very best. I loved everything, including the wonderfully tasting scrambled eggs and the "home cooked" mushrooms. The rooms are very large and perfectly clean, internet was working well, the breakfast is excellent, the Staff helpful and friendly and the hotel is very well located (in walking distance to the shopping streets and to the old town, and to many restaurants, bars and cafes).

I liked everything. Unlike traditional hotel, this is a hotel that rents out suites for a very reasonable price, so apart from the breakfast they don't serve food. But there are many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, and there are plenty of options for ordering outside food to be brought to your room, which is facilitated by the hotel. Still, I suggested to the Owner that it would be nice to have a café with snacks and maybe ice cream that is open all day.

This question is eazy - we liked everything! The rooms were the best we had in this price range, the staff is very friendly (they even upgraded our room for one with a balcony, because they had vacancy), and the breakfast was very well stacked.

If I had to point something out, it’s the distance from the city center - it was about 20-30 min walk.

The hotel is very clean. The family room worked perfectly for us. It has a little kitchenette with crockery, utensils etc, a sofa bed, desk, table & chairs in the lounge area. Very comfortable double bed and single bed in the bedroom. Large bathroom and powerful rain shower. It is all to a very good standard and no signs of wear and tear. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially the lady in the breakfast room in the morning - super lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble - she keeps the area impeccably clean and tidy. The location is a little away from the main Ledra Street (we were using as base to explore Nicosia but also to cross border as tourist to see the North side and it’s quite a walk in the heat (30 mins) to the pedestrian border crossing), but there is good shopping and nice restaurants, cafe and bars in the business district nearby.

The breakfast was OK - not great, but it has enough choice that you will find something you like to eat. Although we were there about 09:30 when it closes at 10:00 so probably our own fault it had sat a little too long.

The size of the room/apartment was really perfect Separate room to work is nice Possibility to cook or to bring food in the hotel with everything available (plate, cutlery...)

A nice, clean hotel in a quiet area. A bit far from the city centre but a walking distance anyway. Not very far from the bus stops to Larnaca, Limassol, etc.

The food selection at breakfast was not very large, but I guess that is understandable, considering how few guests there were in January. The food was good, though.

This is a business hotel, very comfortable. Good Breakfast and staff efficient. Welcome bottle of wine appreciated.

A bit far from the old town and not so many restaurant around for tourism. Gym center subcontracted outside the hotel.
