The location is excellent! Right in the heart of Protaras. Rooms were clean and in good condition. The staff of the hotel was very helpful and always with a smile. And there is a Mikel coffee shop in the hotel which was perfect.

Tiny bathroom. Also the first room they gave us was the one for the invalids (plenty of room though and bigger bathroom) but it was on the side of the pubs and until 2 in the morning there is very loud music and impossible to sleep due to no sound proof. The staff was very helpful and changed our room during midnight.

Wow, what can I say. I've been on the island for 2 years and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Even 5 and 4 star hotels I've used don't match up to this. Why it's only a 3 star, I will never know. Amazing pool area to suit everyone, especially the pool side bar and chill out area. Sunbeds are one of the most comfortable I've used and breakfast and the main meals on option are delicious. It's perfectly located at the top of Protoras strip where you have the choice of all the bars and restaurants at your doorstep. The beach is a 5 minute walk, which also has bars and restaurants, so you will never find yourself without a toilet or liquid refreshment. Staff were super friendly and the rooms were immaculate, everything you need in a booking. Well done Kapatanios Bay Hotel. I will definitely be coming back.

The noise of the bars around. But if you’re there to party then you’ll probably join the party.

Clean bathroom and bedroom (apart from quilt)! Room had water in fridge and coffee making supplies. Very easy and fast check-in and check-out. Nice size balcony! Breakfast was plenty in quantity and with fresh ingredients. Decent amount of closet space (maybe too big even, but I guess depends on the length of your stay).

Bathroom was TOO small and one of the two towels provided was dirty. Quilt cover on sheets smelled bad. We asked for a double bed and quiet room but the room was not quiet and the beds were two singles. Also, the room is overall small and they had a third single bed in it (which we did not ask), which made the room even more difficult to move around in. FYI no electricity plugs near the bed. Also, the corridors' a/c smelled really bad.

budget friendly with no discounts to the quality of the services! the personnel is super friendly and servicing, the hotel is fully renovated and is cleaned daily. The food at the restaurants is delicious. And you get to experience often day parties at the pool which was a nice addition for us.

The bathroom is really tiny and it made it difficult to bath our baby. The elevators are small thus it takes more time to go up and down to the hotel.

Relatively small clean hotel but with big spaces, especially around the pool area and the breakfast area, so it didn't feel crowded. Breakfast was better than most 3 and 4 star hotels. The staff at reception, breakfast, bars, and lifeguard were all very freindly.

A little noisy at night time but a small price to pay for the perfect location. You would have the same problem with noise wherever you stayed on the Protaras strip.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. Very good and varied breakfast! Instead of leaving early, we were given fruit to take with us.

1. When we checked into our room, we found someone else's hair on the floor in the bathroom. 2. For 25 euro dinner: tea, coffee and water are not included in the price. 3.There is no porridge for breakfast! 4. Poor sound insulation: noise from the neighbor and in the corridor can be heard in the toilet and bedroom. 5. Hair dryer didn't work.
