I loved the smell of the place, as soon as you stepped into the hotel lobby it smelt incredible. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I only stayed as B&B but the breakfast had a great selection for everyone, I was eating pancakes and Nutella every day and they even had fried bread! The pool bar opens at 10am every day and the cocktails were really good. Just be careful walking around the pool as I slipped up quite a few times.

I dont think I can think of anything, oh actually how thin the walls were. My neighbours did keep me up a few times throughout the night laughing and moving their chairs on the balcony. My Mum and Dad also had similar issues with their neighbours.

The hotel is smaller so you can enjoy the familiar/friendlier mood. Cleaning service was great. Clean towels and also pool beach towels were changed daily. Tea, Nescafé always refilled. Food was amazing we did not get bored with it. Dinners were with theme (Italian, Cyprus, Fish etc. We had all inclusive which you do not need on Cyprus, but it makes your holiday more easygoing. You do not have to spend your precious time looking for different restaurants or food shopping and enjoy the holiday. Staff were extremely friendly especially the guys in restaurant and bar. Hotel is next a big, long clean public beach. We chose the room with Mountain View, because we like quite while sleeping and we’re scared about noise from disco from other hotel. Till 10 pm you can hear a magic water show and after that get it silent.

Small beach which “belongs” to hotel. I know it is public but if it would be cleaned from sea grass and rubbish then the stay would be perfect 10/10. Automatic lights on the balcony. It attracted mosquitoes, is not environmental friendly and you can not leave the curtains open for fresh air because you feel like daylight. I would suggest to turn them off at 10 pm if you want to keep the unifying look.

The staff were excellent! We were very well looked after by all the staff and cannot thank you enough for making out holiday great. Let me mention just a few people (sorry I cannot remember you all the names):- the very professional ladies at the reception, Stellios - the restaurant manager, Illias - the pool barman, Zac - the singing barman, our room cleaning lady and all the staff wherever we went! Well done, and thank you all!

We found that the floor tiles around the swimming pool are very slippery when wet and walking barefoot. More warnings and notices are needed.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean and the staff is all great, aside from the pool bartender Alias. Who was insufferable, with a bad attitude, made faces and looked like he didn’t want to be there. I’m usually pretty reserved with my reviews and would never want to hurt someone’s livelihood but this experience was quite extreme. Alias ruined our stay at the hotel, made us not want to visit the pool, let alone order anything simply bc of how unpleasant he was! I hope the hotel management takes this seriously and looks into it bc many guests around us were complaining about the same. If there’s one reason I wouldn’t go back to the hotel it’s this.

The hotel was always clean, the rooms were quite spacious, comfortable and modern. Daily cleaning was also included. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the price was in a form of a buffet with a wide range of options, so even if you were to stay for a week or two you wouldn’t run out of options. The pool was always clean, the beach is just below the hotel. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. There’s plenty of additional services for a fair price. Couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation in Cyprus!

Only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we got rooms with views to some kind of garden instead of getting rooms facing the pool and the beach. It seemed to us that the very few people staying at the same time as us (we stayed during off-season so not many guests at the hotel) were also placed in these rooms, essentially leaving the rooms facing the sea empty. We would have also appreciated refill on the water as a part of the daily cleaning. But those two things are just minor matters that had no effect on our stay, just small recommendations :)

Accomodation was absolutely fine - met our expectations. Gym was pretty good and the location to the main strip was ideal. Bed was comfortable as well. We had a ground floor apartment so didn't use the outside balcony.... not quite as nice as being in a higher level apartment.

The one thing I would pick up on.. is the shower tray... it's as slippy as anything! I wonder how many people have had a fall whilst showering!

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent as well as the location of the hotel which is 5 minutes on foot from Protaras main street (center) and 2 minutes from one of the best beaches in Cyprus (Vryssi beach).

A beautiful resort with great beaches and crystal clear water. The Fig Tree Bay restaurant and cafe was our favourite lunch place as the staff were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

It was early in the season but we felt there could have been more public bars and restaurants on the beach front instead there were lots of hotel bars/ restaurants for their customers only.

It was a lovely new Hotel.

Although it says when you check in you are given a few rules about the hotel and it clearly says that Sunbeds are not allowed to be reserved. Although I am English by nationality I hav lived in South Africa for most of my years. I’m sorry but I will not get up at the crack if dawn to put a towel down to get a sunbed. Hence we never even got chance to go around the hotel pool.

Location is great: it's right on the shoreline but not on the beach, so you get to enjoy the breeze and the view without the noise of all the stuff happening on the beach. Protaras beach (arguably, the best beach in Cyprus) is literally 100m away. Rooms are good in size. Breakfast is good. The hotel's restaurants by the sea is pretty nice.

Small annoying things: - some tiny issues with cleanliness: i usually took me a while to find a clean glass at breakfast; i believe someone dropped a piece of chocolate in one of the stairways that melted and spoiled it, and it wasn't cleaned until a few days after. - saving on odd stuff: no free water at dinner, charging for an extra room card, etc. These are no big issues but seem to spoil the overall experience for no good reason.
