Food is really not good

Perfect location, right on the beach (beach beds on the beach are paid as they are not part of hotel), nice hotel, beds are comfy, Wifi worked well. Very close to restaurant n bars, near the main strip. Food in hotel was SUPERB. We had half board and lunch we usually ordered at restaurant- huge portions for good price (1 plate enough for 2) drinks also nice and reasonably priced. But staff was the best. Very nice and helpful and polite and friendly. We would come back :)

Bathroom could use renovation and new towels, very cold everywhere in hotel due to aircon (bring jumper) unfortunate choice of tiles around pool n inside (it was quite slippery n my kid slide few times), hotel is not in quite area so you can hear music n noice from outside (it didnt bother us though) also in room you can hear everything from other rooms or corridor

All the staff (minus one reception lady) were all very lovely and friendly. All inc food was good, something differnet for every lunch and evening. So many good salads! Service was quick and smooth all the time, in the restaurants and bars. A quite big list of cocktails for all inc guests, which was awesome. Locations is right next to the beach, so quick dips in beach (or pool) between sunbathing are refreshing.

Not about the hotel but the next door bar is extremely loud for at least 2 nights of the week. By loud I mean SUPER loud and annoying where songs are played 30sec each and then change! So there is constant bass all the time. 70db behind closed doors/windows from 23 to 2 o'clock. Earplugs did not help at all. Be prepared to be awake or go party, you won't be able to sleep anyway. Also one of the reception worker wasn't helpful with the problem I had. Didn't even heard me out about the missing clothing item in the room as she began to interrupt me by saying that it's not possible and I have lost it myself. Clothing item was worthless but the way she handled it was worse than the fact it had gone missing while clean up.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Staff friendly and welcoming, made people feel at home. Facilities very good, the room was big with plenty of space, large bathroom. Buffet breakfast and dinner (we were HB), big variety, plenty of food. Dinner had a different theme every evening. We had a really great time.

Bed mattresses could do with some improvement. No Recycling bins anywhere on the premises, not in the room, the pool or in the hotel area.

The hotel is in a prime location with lovely rooms which are very clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff are all really lovely and will go out of their way to help with anything. We were staying for a vow renewal and all the staff from management to kitchen staff were so accommodating and provided us with a lovely table looking over the ocean to have dinner. The food is really good and lots of choice at breakfast and dinner.

The noise from Bells Bar was extremely loud on some nights but we spoke to reception and they said they would try to speak with the bar manager.

Excellent Location - excellent beach, resraurants in waling distance, great and friendly staff, clean, good breakfast.

Lunch/ dinner food could be of better quality. Breakfast was good though.

This is a great place if you want to explore the lovely beaches of Protaras. The beach is directly in front of the hotel so you are at the beach and boardwalk in an instant. The main shopping strip is a 1-2 min walk on the other side. If you want to be in the heart of it all this is the place. Facilities and staff lovely. And the buffet food was better then expected. Delicious.

As you are so central to everything at night you can hear the music playing loud but it’s mainly from the other hotels next to you. As this hotel tends to not pump the music as loud at night. We did get used to it. But the first night it was obvious that it wasn’t the sound of the water but the sound of distant music playing everywhere else.

-great location by the beach -(all inclusive rate) we loved the mini ice cream choco banana flavor -single use fresh towels in the gym

-food -no bottle water for all inclusive rate. I find this unacceptable -i ask if i could use the gym early in the morning and it was not possible (only during spa opening hours i think 0900-1800) -all inclusive rate should offer also fresh fruits, nuts and other healthy options not just fried food for snacks between meels

The staff made the hotel - all super friendly and helpful. We stayed half board and the breakfast and evening meal buffets were very good. The area around the pool was not packed in and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The beach and sea were just across the boardwalk.

Our room (102) was right above the hotels evening entertainment and was quite noisy until 11pm. A shame as you obviously pay a premium for the front sea view rooms.

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, and always with a smile, they worked so hard to ensure we had a good time. We went half board, and the food was so fresh and well cooked and delicious. Excellent quality and value. We never ate anywhere else. We had a standard room and it was lovely. So clean, and the beds are so comfy, and the linen is spotless and good quality. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and toiletries were provided, which were replaced after being used. The pool and sunbed area, again, so well looked after and clean, with a member of staff on standby ready to straighten, clean, and tidy up for those who didn't know what a bin was. We visited the cocktail bar every night before dinner, and the waiter was brilliant. He made some wonderful drinks and was very entertaining. This was our first time stopping here, but it won't be our last. Loved every minute.
