The hotel has a perfect location. It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach and also 5 minutes to get to the supermarket, pharmacy, the magic waters dance show, etc. The rooms were cleaned daily, and all personnel was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked well. There was enough storage space in the room. The food at the restaurant was excellent! I was especially happy to find food that was appropriate for a 2-year-old at every meal. There are four pools, two of which are appropriate for toddlers. My kid had a lot of fun there! The pools were cleaned daily.

Misinformation. The booking page says that the hotel has transfer to/from the airport, but it doesn't. The hotel can call a taxi for you, and that's it. The information sheet that I was given upon arrival said that if you need to do laundry, you can leave it on your bed. In reality, you have to go to a laundry place in the nearest hotel. I don't mind any of this, but I didn't like that I was misinformed.

Clean, friendly staff, excellent location, near all the restaurants, bars and shops and within walking distance of fig tree bay.

I’m attention to detail, might call me fussy but some light bulbs on the hotel sign we’re out. Rooms were excellent but the corridors needed some attention e.g. water damage so required maintaining apart from that no complaints.

Very nice food and we really had a great time there. It was value for money we had a good deal in June so I think was perfect. Very nice location we didn't need a car as long as we were there!

The only thing I didn't like it was the AC I wasn't working so they change us a room and then everything was alright!

The location was fantastic-just 2 minutes walk from the beach. the food (breakfast and dinner) was fresh and tasty with a great selection. Also the bedrooms were cleaned and comfortable. In general we had a great experience in this hotel

Part of the staff (in the pool bar) weren’t so friendly, even though the majority of the staff was really kind and helpful. The cleaning of the buffet area needs better attention (especially with the bad smell)

Old rooms, broken Sunbeds, can’t get a free sun bed passed 9am, the food really wasn’t great. It needs some all around TLC and renovations.

Location is brilliant few minutes walk to beach and same to all other amenities bars restaurants, shops. Staff are amazing can't do enough for you. Room cleaned clean towels everyday. Would definitely return. Ignor negative comments, excellent value for money.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, many choices to choose from. Chef and restaurant staff were excellent and always welcoming. Housekeeping were really friendly and there for anything you requested.

The breakfast was very good and very nice selection and variety of food. The location was great, right near the protaras bay.

Everything was really good, however, they took deposit for towels and the dinner was very repetitive.
