I agree with most of the comments that it is not a 5 star hotel, but let's be objective, the price is not for such a hotel either. That's why it was good value for money. The hotel is old fashion, but when I say that, I mean it in a good way. Everything is spacious, the hall is big, wonderful, terraces too, the pool is the biggest in the area and the area around the pool and towards the sea too. Lots of sunbeds and no crowd at all (it's quite crowded everywhere else). The hotel is right on the sea, so its location is the best! The room was nice, not 5 stars, but good enough. See side view perfect! Breakfast and dinner are excellent with a lot of variety. All in all we had a wonderful time at the hotel, and if I decided to come again in Protaras, surly this will be my choice.

Safety deposit box, which is in the room, is available only for extra charge. Not much, 2,5 eur/day, but 5 star hotel! A man who works in a restaurant, probably a boss, petite, short, older, bald, very rude/unpleasant. Also, it was not allowed to have a dinner at the terrace, what will be very nice. We also had an unpleasant situation at the reception. We extended our stay until 3 p.m., which is possible with an extra charge (which is fine). When we came to the room around 2 pm to enter, the key didn't work. we lost 15 minutes to activate again. When we packed up and wanted to leave the room and get things out of the safety deposit box, our code didn't work anymore. And that's where we lost an additional 20 minutes to solve that. All that with an extremely unfriendly receptionist.

The room was really big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, on the beach. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety of food, and there was plenty of food.

The room could have been cleaner, and the pillows had seen better days. The restaurant staff were all foreigners with no knowledge of Greek, so if you were a Cypriot in your own country and didn't speak English, there was no way you could communicate with them. Also, if one was on half-board, they weren't allowed tap water during dinner, they had to buy bottled water!!!!! No recycling was done, the bins at the pool were full of plastic bottles and cups, and there was no special bin if one wanted to recycle by themselves

I loved so much the view , the food was good too and the staff was friendly.

The room wasn't the cleanest for a 5 star hotel but not very dirty either. Maybe that was because it is extra season now. Overall, it was a good experience

The food (breakfast and dinner) was actually very good. Very good location near to the beach (fig tree), bars, restaurants. Also the hotes was very beautiful and nice view. The staff was very friendly. We will come again for sure.

The only thing that i didn't 'like was some place need to clean beatter. the rooms need more clean and the hall. also the swimming pool need to clean

The location and beach are perfect,food is pretty nice,staff is friendly. All in all,good value for money.

The cleaning service could be better in general...when we came and looked under the bed because the baby threw a toy, it was very dirty.

1) location is excellent, cannot ask for anything better than this 2) staff is very friendly and are really working to make the customers' accommodation better in every way - well done

1) there are 2 elevators and 1000000+ guests at the hotel, some times it takes up to 10 minutes to wait for an elevator to arrive - the hotel should impose a rule: if you do not have a baby/kid with you or any health issue and you are going down, take the f**** stairs 2) some guests do not follow basic health/social rules at breakfast/lunch/dinner - for example you DO NOT eat fruit on top of the fruit platter and leave your remainings there! I know this has to do with how every person was raised and taught but the hotel could be a bit more strict on basic rules, especially with regards to food 3) have I mention the elevators? there are only 2 elevators and 1000000000000000000000 guests!!!

The hotel facilities were amazing. Our room was very clean (was getting cleaned every day, towels were changed for fresh ones ) Also, the room was provided with cotton buds, hair conditioner, body cream and toiletries essentials. Also, the location was ideal as it was located above the beach. There were comfy sunbeds facing the beach. Fresh beach towels were provided everyday by the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets were decent. There was a large selection of salads and a different chicken, pork, beef, fish and pasta dish every day. The deserts were also very delicious. Overall, it was definitely a good value for money spent.

The staff behaviour felt a bit unprofessional considering this was a 5 star hotel. It seemed they hired young people with no experience. We stayed there for 5 nights and the house keeping manager entered our room twice withought knocking on the door. Also, the restaurant service staff were constantly asking to take our plates away before we were done eating. Also the restaurant's music was a local radio channel which felt weird for a 5 star hotel dinner.

The feeling of comfort and the beach.

Cleaning is a lot slow and not really professional. Very loud music till the late night hours from the nearby club/cafe.

the location of the hotel is excellent, the best you can get! the breakfast and lunch were rich with plenty of options of every kind for all tastes, the staff was excellent, especially Elena and Mortaza were extremely helpful with our two little kids - we will be coming back for sure!

the only negative thing about this hotel is the elevators, there are only two elevators and 1 million guests staying at the hotel - I said that in my two previous reviews of this hotel, there should be a rule imposed to all guests - if you are going down and you are not carrying something with you TAKE THE F***** STAIRS!

Extra hotel... Clean, great location... Wonderful beach...
