Lovely place to stay- basically a restaurant with half a dozen rooms attached, but right in the old centre of Polis and with extremely friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms, and very comfortable beds. The restaurant is a good Japanese fusion branch of one that's in the Hilton Nicosia (although there are plenty of other great restaurant options nearby), and the breakfast was huge and delicious. Parking is free and easy out the back. It even has English-language TV news channels which in my experience isn't usual for non-resort Cyprus hotels.

It's near some bars which can be quite noisy late into the night, so a room facing out onto the square (and possibly onto the rear terrace in warmer weather) wouldn't be great for a light sleeper. And the accommodation is pretty expensive for Cyprus and what you get- notwithstanding Christmas we weren't staying at peak season and there are certainly cheaper options nearby. But all in all I'd happily stay there again.

We were advised this city by friends to have a rest. The hotel turned out to be quiet, as we expected, very beautiful, cozy. I liked the interior, comfortable rooms, clean. Nice patio with a restaurant. There was no drinking water in the room, but we were given it in the restaurant for free upon request. There are many good bars, restaurants, taverns around the hotel, there are museums nearby and a very beautiful view of the mountains from above, which we did not immediately find, but it's worth it.

The hotel is the most expensive of all where we stayed and it was strange that food was not included at all. We were told it was included from 5 nights and we had 4. There was no toothpaste or drinking water in the room. Also, we did not expect that it would be so far from the sea, it was good to walk during the day, but it was dark back, there were no lights half the way and Google map led us into a swamp, so it’s better not to walk to the sea late here.

This is an adorable B&B in the heart of Polis. The location is great for those traveling around Cyprus by bus- it's less than a block away from the bus stop where you can connect to Paphos, Latchi, and other beach and hiking destinations in the area.

Price is a little high and does not include breakfast unless you specifically select that option. Polis is a very sleepy, small town, and driving or taking a bus is required to get to the beach or nearby hiking trails.

Such a beautiful hotel, I would highly recommend. The staff were wonderful, especially Sophia. Everyone was so welcoming, helpful and made our stay special. The room was immaculate and I loved the small, boutique feel. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and my 3 year old daughter. Thank you so much.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Gorgeous building renovated from a combination of an old indoor market and a classic gymnasium. You can easily imagine sounds and smell of an old school with its elegant ceilings, broad corridors for kids to hang out in between classes and amazing art deco lamps

The car park is an old dusty yard. Difficult to handle luggage

The location is perfect in the centre of Polis and 5 min from Lachi. You feel the hospitality from the friendliness and customer oriented staff and the complimentary sweets and wine in the room. Breakfast was excellent and we especially appreciated the option to have your breakfast to go and eat it at the beach.

It’s a great B&B but a bit expensive since it has no other facilities.

Breakfast was lovely - really good coffee and excellent omelettes. Beautiful old building tastefully restored. Very comfortable beds. Staff very helpful.

Can be a little noisy at night but very vconveninet as in the middle of the old town area.

Really lovely place and friendly people The aircon was spot-on (given it was very hot) The breakfast was plentiful Restaurant downstairs was good

We booked 2 rooms. One was a really good size with lots of space and the other was the proverbial shoebox without even spaces for us to put our suitcases when they were open.

no sound proofing... the area is already super quite so at night everything could be heard... but it's a renovated historical building so that's understandable. Another thing was how tiny the bathroom was, it was tricky maneuvering around it and I'm and rather medium in build and height.

the staff are kind and helpful, the location is great and the backyard is cool, they served the breakfast out there which was nice and the food was very tasty

Absolutely brilliant and friendly staff! I felt very looked after through out my stay. Staff also gave me complimentary breakfast even though I insisted on paying for it - “you are our guest!” was their constant heart-felt response. Food in the restaurant is exceptional and very highly recommended. Located in the heart of Polis town next to some excellent seafood restaurants.

Nothing - liked everything!
