BGH is nice and modern hotel, with fully renovated rooms, specious balcons, very nice pool and outdoor area. Food: OK, a lot of choices for everyone. Location: good, it's not like top class hotels in front of the beaches, but still, it's 10 minutes by walk/2 minutes by car from the main beaches in Protaras. You can take beach towels for 10 eur deposit. Our room was not ready at the time of check in, but reaction from the manager was great, he offered us a free meal. Nice touch, this is how manager should react. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but it's important that reaction is appropriate, so we didn't mind it at the end.

One waiter from the pool bar had a bad attitude, but rest of the hotel staff was really nice so we are satisfied in general.

Great location minutes away from a nice beach, shops, restaurants and from bus stop taking you to other beautiful beaches, waterworld and Agia Napa centre. Great pool and sunbeds are always available. Lovely calm atmosphere around the pool. Evening entertainment at the bar. Pool table and table tennis. Helpful staff at the front desk who were always available.

Bacon at breakfast was not very nice, but there was a nice selection of pastries, cereal, eggs, sausages, baked beans. Nice selection of cold and hot drinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are quite spacious, there is a large balcony with a table, chairs and a clothes dryer. Room cleaning is very high quality and unobtrusive. Breakfast at the hotel is quite dense, in the English style, everything is very tasty! In the courtyard of the hotel there is a cozy swimming pool, full of sun loungers in the shade of trees. There is a bar next to the pool....

modern, clean, a decent range of standard facilities, pool area and bar was lovely, the buffet food was perfectly fine, staff were really pleasant and helpful

its about a 5-10 minute walk in to Protaras and some of the roads don’t have pavements but its not the end of the world, the air con in our room was fine for me but my partner reckons it wasn’t cold enough, theres some building development going on around the complex but its not particularly loud so you only really notice it when its really quiet

Didn't like the fact that they Didn't request safe pass before entering the hotel. Guests did not wear mask when moving around the hotel. Also, the sunbeds were not sterilised at night as stated on their website due to covid.

Hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are friendly - especially on reception - and helpful. The beds and pillows were amazing, we slept so well all week. Breakfast was good and the only reason for not giving 10/10 is because we couldnt get a decent cup of coffee! Appreciate that isn't a big deal for some but we like a good coffee in the morning 😊 Location was just right for us, as we like to be slightly out of the main town/strip but it's easy enough to walk, jump on a bus or ask the hotel to ring a taxi.

The rubbish coffee machine, but it really was minor and it hardly ruined our stay! Otherwise, we couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Plenty of sunbeds. Good location (especially the local beach).. Generally everything was good and as expected.

Pool was rather deep / not great for kids. Quality of breakfast could have been better.

Foam mattress - too soft and hot for my tastes. My partner found it more comfortable than me but did comment he found it too warm too. This is a common typical problem with foam mattresses.

Located in a quiet area, easy to find, plenty of parking, staff were very friendly and helpful - less the bar man. Receptionist was excellent on our arrival, plenty of sun beds. Room was spotless on arrival. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. Ideally located for a walk into Protaras or Pernera
