Location was perfect, views from our both rooms too. Rooms was spacious and clean. Parking place for our car was in 3min walk, crossing small bridge. Receptionist girl was kind and solved all questions fast.

Hotel needs to be renovated, a bit brushed everything. Breakfast was with very poor selection and variety of food. Coffee was worst ever tried - hotel guys need to pay attention on that.

Breakfast was good, check in was fast, very central location, plenty of pubs/restaurants right outside the hotel.

Parking wasn’t available; even though we booked 1 month in advance, they said there is no more space. This was disappointing as we booked this hotel specifically because they said they offer free parking close to it. Therefore we had to pay 20€ a day for a parking garage on a hill, away from the property, which wasn’t nice to go back and forth with luggage to, especially in very hot weather.

Classy hotel. The room was very spacious, very comfortable beds, bathroom with grand bath! Loads of towels. Perfect location on the boulevard. Breakfast buffet was good, lots to choose from. Very friendly staff. They only have two parking places, we didn’t make a reservation and had to pay park somewhere else. You can’t reach hotel by car. You have to unload on the other sidebank of the river and walk across a small bridge. We had no problems with leaving the car there for a few minutes. The hotel showed us the parking space just a 5 to 10 minute walk along the river at Parking art gallery.

This hotel is very affordable considering its location just right at the center. The view outside my room is also quite lovely. You just step outside and there you'll find the restaurants and shops. The room is suitable for a solo traveller and the basic breakfast is already included. The staff was also very helpful when i had questions about trip options to prague and let me store my luggage before i took off. 🫰

Staff were very nice and helpful. There are a lot of comments on breakfast. I want to say that our expeditions were low for breakfast, but honestly the breakfast was perfect for what you would want to start your day. Had a great variety of offerings, juices, coffee, tea, warm and cold food. I think guests need to consider their expectations in comparison for the price they are paying for such a good location. Overall, a fine stay for one night in a good location. No complaints really.

It said parking was available when we booked (for a price). However, after booking we were informed there were no spaces, but there is a parking lot about 7 min walk away. We used it and we were fine.

I stayed for two nights in a single room and then decided to book 2 extra nights in a double room and ooooh it was glorious. There was a bath, a whole living room, and a private terrace! Kettle and fridge were also available. No need for air conditioning or a fan, the room was nice and cool at night. Staff are very friendly and charming. Also, breakfast was huge. Amazing place in a quiet and beautiful city.

I have previously stayed in a "quiet" room with an unpleasant view of the backyard, and so if I come to this hotel again, it will only be if they put me in a room facing the street. The single room was as described, comfortable enough. I wrote about the breakfast, the hotel in general and the staff in my previous review about the courtyard view room.

Decided to have a weekend break to recall my previous trips and refresh memories of Karlovy Vary, and chosen Krasna Kralovna for this short stay. Really enjoyed it, its cozy interiors, its closeness to the city landmarks. Also liked its lovely personnel and nice breakfast in the morning.

Excellent location, lovely room,comfy bed, breakfast choice( buffet breakfast, hot/cold), nice staff, value for money. The Polocky hotel ( same owner) restaurant offers delicious menu, try kulajda -soup and the duck. DIVINE.

The bathroom fan is really noisy when turning on the light and, also heard the neighbours’ very early morning.

The curtains did not dim much light at all, so the room was very light early in the morning. Quite noisy.
