We arrived in the late afternoon. We asked for parking place in front of the hotel and it was waiting for us just a step from the front door 👍(extra 15€/one day) The receptionist acomodated us into larger room, so kids had their own room. The suite was fantastic, old but well preserved and furnished. A lot of towels and a fantastic shampoo. Breakfast was great, a lot for every taste, coffee could be better. Dining room is quite small, when we entered, we couldn't sit together, but instantly one older couple switced places with us. Lady in the dining room was running all the time up and down and took care for the buffet, so it was all the time full. 😉

It is very well located, nicely decorated room. Parking with little extra in front of the hotel. Special thanks for breakfast arranging personnel. We assumed breakfast starts 7 and were there at 7.15. The personnel kindly informed that it starts only at 8, but please take a seat and they quickly prepared for us bacon and eggs and salads and fruits etc. Also we arrived around12 at noon, and normal check in time is 2PM, but reception accepted us to have room earlier. So friendly and flexible staff.

Could not say anything missing or disapointing.

Location, paid parking immediately in front of the hotel, clean and comfortable. Better looking room than what we thought we booked. We booked half board and thinking that was breakfast and lunch. But we were given the option to switch to breakfast and dinner instead and that was wonderful especially when we had the 2 yo child with us. Food was tasty.

I guess the entire hotel could go under a renovation and modernization a little. When walking the entire floor was shaking due to old wooden flooring. Both mornings we stayed there we woke up around 5 as it felt like all heavy duty machines and trucks were passing in front of the hotel. I don't know if this is generally how they start the day or approaching Film festival... hard to tell. We were given coffee/teacups in the room but no coffee/tea/kettle

Easy to find, parking outside the hotel on the street. Massive size room. Comfortable bed. Quiet during the night. The lady in the reception was extremely helpful, recommended restaurants and places to visit, and when noticed it was my birthday presented me with a bottle of sekt. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Our room didn't have any view, was facing another building and balcony of next room. We didn't mind as we didn't stay in the room for long, but if our stay would be longer, I would request a room with a better view. Hotel restaurant and bar was closed during our stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, the rooms (even single rooms!) are spacious and ours all overviewed the park opposite the street. For the birthday we celebrated that weekend the hotel blocked a table in the breakfast room and gifted us a bottle of Prosecco. A parking spot could be booked upon arrival and even though ours was not directly by the hotel, we could still use the spots in front of the entrance during our arrival and departure.

In one of the rooms, we could hear the footsteps and the moving wardrobe whenever people would walk.

I´ve been on a motorcycle trip throughout Czech Republik and this premise was my second stay. I booked for parking directly in front of the hotel - everything worked out good in this respect - the extra-fee was also decent. The Hotel itself, though a little dated, was in good shape - especially my room was very nicely equipped in an old fashioned "baroque"-style - beautiful! The view out of my window was directly to the famous Grand Hotel "PUPP" - which I thought I´ll book in the first place, but lateron didn´t want to afford it just for one night! Anyway - Breakfast at the "Saint Petersburg" was good and nicely served, the beautiful City of "Karlsbad" was just around the corner and one could explore it on foot. So really everything worked nicely during my stay!

Nothing to complain!

We have very pleasant memories of our stay at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is created by very attentive and responsive staff, your question, request or wish will not go unnoticed. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, an excellent cook, a varied breakfast and the ability to order both lunch and dinner. All colonnades with mineral water, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We certainly recommend the hotel and will gladly return to it.

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel St. Petersburg in Karlovy Vary. The charming historic atmosphere, combined with modern amenities, created the perfect balance. The location of the hotel is right in the center, strong WiFi, friendly and helpful woman in the reception, rooms are big and very clean. Breakfast was very nice with some different options every day. Parking is available outside the hotel buy reservation or around 200 m away at a public parking for 9 euros a night. Fast check in process.

The only thing I can think of was that the economy room had view to the balcony of another room but we couldn't access the outside area.

A very nice design hotel with perfect location - all main sights and thermal springs are within a 5-15 minute to walk. A very good and large parking available in the front of the hotel for 15EUR per night. A very nice view from the window and friendly staff.

A very small breakfast area each morning was overcrowded. We were lucky to have a table but other guests had to wait to have their breakfast.
