The hotel is keeping a very high standards at every aspect of you stay. Exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Very friendly and polite staff. Amazing spa with everything you need, our favourites were the mineral pool ( straight from the 1 spring), steam bath, finish sauna and the cold bucket ( great fun!) We went for a meal to the town so I cannot comment the food service but the bar looked great. There are a lot of small touches that makes the difference between good and exceptional hotel. A bowl of fresh fruits, extra check of the housekeeping stuff with supplies of fresh bottled water and towels etc The location is very good, very quite and 15 minutes walk to the centre.

Very difficult to fault anything, our biggest moan was me the mattress. I now it is very subjective, but we found it super hard to sleep. We ordered some pillows from the pillow menu to fit our needs and the second night was a bit better.

- Shower heads both in the room and in the spa zone definitely need a replacement. - Weirdly located switches in the room (may sound odd, but that’s really annoying when you go to the bathroom in the night - have to use the flashlight on your phone to find the right switch) - Jacuzzi in the spa zone has cold water (I would expect 35-38degrees while it was 28 I guess, really weird)

Exceptional facilities and unique thermal spa experience!! The upkeep of the hotel is well maintained.

The dining experience could have been better. We arrived at the restaurant at 19:30 which is an hour and a half before close but unfortunately, staff started packing away at roughly 20:45 and stopped coming by to check on us not to mention taking any drink order. I could understand that the kitchen might be close at 9:00 but it’d be appreciated that the bar continues to serve at least another 30 min after close and staff member will still come and check on us whether there is anything is needed. Another thing that came to my attention is that the mirror in the bathroom has no anti condensation mechanism, which sounds rather trivial, but I’d think it a goos addition to this five star hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing!! I haven’t come across such good customer in quite a while! The facilities were great (the wellness/ spa area), and the selection of available treatments was good. The (single) room was spacious and clean, with a fruit basket waiting upon arrival. The hotel is located within a very short walking distance to the town center.

The fact that there is nowhere to plug in your phone near the bed (which I was using as my alarm clock…). The breakfast buffet is much smaller than that offered at other 5-star hotels in Karlovy Vary (though I can’t complain about the quality).

Location was great, walking distance from restaurants and multiple stores. The spa and all the amenities are awesome with more than 3 different pools/tubs and 7 saunas! Breakfast is really good but it has a slight room for improvement for a 5 star hotel, the rooms are equally good, comfortable and I must say the star of the show is the reception staff, especially Sarka, who was super nice and kind at every interaction, request and moment!

Breakfast could be slightly better in terms of offer and availability but it was still quite good! Cost vs quality could also be improved for the procedures like massages and the spa hours could definitely be extender for a better deal in the day… Nonetheless, all in all we had a great stay!

The spa hours, they close too early, yes the massage can close at 2000. Pool and saunas should be opened at least 2200 or 2300 and the gym should be 24 hours access. The pillow were too small for the king size bed.

The Hotel provided excellent service from the beginning to the end. The Spa area is not as big as a thermal spa, but big enough to relax and have a great time. You get as many towels as you need, tea, fruits, pools are warm. You can walk straight into the main stream and everything is close to the Hotel.

I would not book the relax pack again because you cannot choose what treatments you get only a treatment per night you stay not per day. (Maybe I misunderstood it) I was also super excited about the fish treatment, but no fish were available…

Despite the majority of clients are Russian speaking, there was majority of hotel staff Czechs which we appreciated a lot. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff (expect the lady which is taking numbers of rooms prior breakfast). Rooms are clean and lovely, every evening we got extra chocolate and water, fresh flower in the bathroom...small details which gives you extra pleasure during your holidays. Spa is clean and lovely as well. Kitchen is amazing, really delicious food. In the ground floor,there is a thermal spring for drinking so no need to walk too far to the colonnade. View from our room was to the hotel garden, which is small but very romantic, no noise during the night. Car is parked either in front of the hotel or in their reallocated premises. We enjoyed our time in this hotel very much.

We were not sure, but after discussion with the receptionist, we took the new year's celebration dinner/party in the hotel. We asked if it will be also for Czech citizens but 90% of live music was in Russian/Ukrainian. Nothing against, just that we were in Czech and we wanted to hear Czech music- only two songs were played in CZ and those, you cannot dance on. This was disappointment since the man at the lobby made sure it will not be the case. What was lovely that we celebrated three times new year due to time difference- first for Russians, second for Ukrainians, third for Czechs.

Beautiful location, attentive staff, great facilities. Amazing attention to detail.

At the time of our stay, the hotel's restaurant and bar were closed. I would have appreciated the opportunity to enjoy dinner and drinks within the hotel.
