Cozy beds, clean room, good price, simple but nice and modern furniture.

Check-in terminal wasn't working, so we had to go to the Theatre hotel to get our door card. As seen from the comments, this happens all the time, so they could just remove the terminal so that people don't spend time dealing with it and go directly to the Theatre hotel for check-in. The light on the air conditioning is very very bright and disturbs sleep. However, I had to have it on, as the windows can't be opened.

The hotel is completely newly renovated. It is simple, nice, neat, and clean, and very good value for the money. Definitely would stay there again.

The breakfast is served at a different Hotel/building (not an issue for me personally), but I had to pay for it separately, and the price of the breakfast is a bit disproportional to the price of stay in this hotel in my opinion. There is no reception in the hotel building, but some machine, however the reception at the other hotel is used for all needs. This fact is not an issue for me, but I didn't see any notice/explanation about that, so I was wandering around until I met a cleaning lady, and she was nice enough to show me where the reception (other hotel) is. Recommendation for the management - maybe consider installing a vending machine with drinks and snacks in the lobby/hallway.

The building looked new, bed was comfy, A/C was effective and bathroom was nice, specially the shower. It was 35C when I was in Olomouc so both the shower and A/C was really refreshing.

It was a smart-hotel with electronic check-inn but I still had to go to the neighbour hotel to pick up the key. I wished they had fixed me an electronic check in via Booking.com. Tram runs right outside so it could be noisy.

Very comfortable and nice hotel, good place to stay at Olomouc. Really close to the train and bus stations and not far from the old city center. Very pleasant administation, helped us to check-in early and quickly provided all information. Quiet place, even when the road near is busy.

Low bedside lamps for night time- perfect. Half a blackout curtain needed two! Great sized room.

Check-in took a while to complete with the self service. At check out it only took one key card back into machine so had to go and find a cleaner to return the other.

The location is quite unpleasant, in the middle of industrial part of the city, also reception is at different building which is not really comfortable

The room is well decorated and modern. Walk-in shower with overhead nozzle, beautiful wallpaper, and AC. Self check in and check out with the machine, and plentiful parking in front. Good sound insulation.

Reception is located in another hotel across a quite busy street. The room was facing the street so you could hear traffic including heavy trucks and trams, however rooms were insulated from sounds.

Nice and comfortable room, soft bed.

When we pulled in, there was no electricity, we found the switch but couldn't turn it on properly. The kettle had a hole and it was impossible to heat water.

This was my second stay at 4 SMART HOTEL and my opinion hasn't changed - I really like it and I fully recommend it. The rooms are not pompous but still very elegant, simple furnished yet modern and really clean. Strong and free wifi. Bathroom has a shower with rainfall function and marvelous Four Elements hotel cosmetics. A two-way tram stop "Hodolanská" is situated nearby and Olomouc main trainstation is situated just 10 minutes on foot.

This hotel still works as a secondary building to Theatre hotel in Olomouc and has no reception desk - you have to check in / out at Theatre hotel reception. Breakfast can also be additionally bought here and will be served at hotel Theatre.

This was my second stay at the property. The room is modern and comfortable. Self service check in/check out is convenient and easy to use.
