We loved the location. Flora is just a few minutes walk away from the central part of town and you can walk through a beautiful park, that is situated right in front of it, to get there. We got a room on a higher level facing the city view and couldn’t get enough of it. The bed was nice and firm, which works for us. Parking was a breeze. The property is really nice and I don’t think their pictures do it justice. Breakfast was amazing and had no desire to eat elsewhere for that. They have an extensive selection, you won’t leave hungry…my favorite thing they had was a beet spread, I need the recipe!

This wasn’t a problem for us because it wasn’t hot during our stay, but the room doesn’t have AC, but you can open the windows. That being said, you could hear people outside and sometimes cigarette smoke came into our room. It’s an older building, so I imagine installing AC would be challenging. It wasn’t too big of an issue, but something to be aware of

We have stayed here a number of times. It is slightly away from the city centre in a quiet part of the city. It is a great location for visiting Olomouc Flora. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Free parking on site is extremely useful when major events are on in the city.

Our only complaint was breakfast. The hotel was incredibly busy and it was clear the kitchens could not keep up with the demand principally for hot food. The wait was a bit tortuous. Additionally the cost of using the leisure facilities was very expensive. Therefore we didn't use them.

I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The reception was very friendly and helpful and dealt with all requests to my satisfaction. The room and bathroom were clean and I felt very comfortable. Overall though it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay and together with a very good breakfast I think you get good value for your money.

The only negative from my point of view was that the bed and pillows were too soft, but of course that is my personal preference. And the operation of the lobby bar only until 11pm surprised me a bit especially on Saturday, I would have liked to have a drink here after a hard workday, which unfortunately was no longer possible after my arrival at the hotel at 23:15.

We booked this at short notice (having been let down by Silvie Apartments within an hour of arrival - BE WARNED). We are a family of 4, but with such a late booking, their family rooms were all taken. The receptionist went out of her way to find 2 adjacent double-bedrooms & this worked well. We also discovered a utility room on our floor with faclities for laundry and cooking: this wasn't mentioned at check-in, & is accessed by room key-cards. It's not quite as soulless as the typical corporate hotel, and the breakfast was good. Tram stop is about 200m away.

Swimming pool wasn't available at the time we wanted to use it. Pity the utility room wasn't mentioned at check-in. It cost about double what we would have paid with our previous booking - I can't review Silvie Apartments, but let me again warn about booking with that person.

The location is great. Situated close to a nice park area. Just need to cross the park to reach the old town. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Our room 303 was brand new. Spacious wit 2 bedrooms and a kitchen corner. Each bedroom with flat TV. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Nice and stylish. The breakfast was great. You can park for free. The staff at the desk was kind.

Although there was air-condition in each bedroom, it was out of order. The receptionist does know about it, but she haven´t told us anything in forward. She was probably waiting for our reaction. We have been given 10% rabat which is great. I was OK with the price actually, not okay wit the heat in the room however. We found towels for 2 persons only in the room, instead of 3. The pillows were not comfortable. Found lots of dust under the furniture. Looks like they don´t check the rooms properly before letting guests inside. The restaurant and wellness was closed on Sunday and public holiday.

Great view from the hotel room at Olomouc. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food, it vas very tasty and staff very nice. Hotel and the room is very clean and modern.

I know it is not officially part of the hotel but I was not very happy with the Spa, especially their staff :( They were quite moody, especially the first day, also charging for the towels was a surprise. The "wellness" environment is quite old and not even close in service quality to the hotel. I would book the hotel again but not the Balneo spa.

Fantastic location next to a beautiful park and 10 minutes walking to centre of town. Free parking a bonus. Deluxe rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast and food restocked quickly in peak times.

Nothing that negatively affected my stay just feedback - the cups/glasses at breakfast are very small, meant constantly queuing for a drink and more washing up (not very environmental friendly)

The hotel is located on the edge of a park area in Olomouc. it was very quiet but only 10 mins walk to the historical centre of the city. The train station is only 10 minute taxi ride to the hotel (150 Czech Crowns). The staff were all pleasant and courteous. I had an evening meal in the lobby bar which was nice and reasonably priced. The allocated room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. the breakfast selection was good with both hot and cold options. Many thanks.

The swimming pool and wellness centre were an extra costs if you wanted to use them.

Hotel is centrally located just a few minutes walk from the main square, close to the park. I have stayed in the newly renovated room that is very nice refurnished with double bed, desk, safe. Bathroom is also comfortable and provided with shower gel and shampoo. Buffet breakfast is plenty of tasty dishes. Restaurant and bar service are also available in the evening. Front desk very efficient in check in and out. Free parking space available at rear of the hotel. Cash withdrawal machine also available at the entrance for Euros and Czech Koruna.

I wished I could have some mineral water provided in the room; minibar was empty but still you can get drinks at the reception.

Very nice room (we received renovated one), desk staff is helpful and polite. They speak fluent English. We had swimming pool just for ourselves. Big parking lot. Located just minutes away from city`s main square.

Corridor between swimming pool and hotel looks a bit scary and smells funny. Be aware that despite being in the same building, the swimming pool is managed by other company and literally everything there (i. e. bathrobes, towels) is extra paid. I wasn`t able to arrange sauna session on Sunday morning. Poor breakfast choice of products. Strange lobby bar opening hours (closed on 8pm on Saturday).
