The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast is good and the rooms are huge.

There is no parking for the guests. There is a car park right next to the hotel, but it is a public car park and there was a last spot we found. I think some spots could be reserved for the guests.

ideally located near the old city. extremely attractive restored inner spaces (the facade has also been beautifully redone). our room was no frills modern in design (which is of course an aesthetic choice in its own right).extremely comfortable beds. immaculately clean. chic breakfast room in the basement with appealing choices. extraordinarily helpful staff at the reception desk, especially the two blonde girls (late Sunday afternoon and all day Monday). a great place for two tired travelers to rest up after some rugged days of driving.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I am looking forward to bringing a group in September. The location is an easy walk to the center of old town and there is a lot to see in this historic city.

Breakfast had a good selection. Coffee could have been better as the machine did not seem to be working well. Before arriving, I emailed about where to park and the name in the email never appeared in the auto navigation search. It would have been more helpful if the email reply could have described how one can drop off luggage and then go park the car. Also, parking was super close and easy to do. Send an address for the parking location to make it easy for guests to understand.

turn of the century building, beautifully renovated and modernized, few minutes walking to the main square - parking in front of the house (free on weekends), very friendly and helpful personell, very large room - we looked into the shabby courtyard, the other room into the park. Modern bathroom and losts of wardrobe, coffee-machine, big box-spring bed (which I personally don't like), unfortunately poor light for reading in bed. Excellent breakfast included

Location in very center. Large room /the junior suite/ with large bathroom with comfortable chairs. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Well working air conditioning. OK WiFi.

Staff is average /amateur like. They do not smile, do not say hello, do not respond to hello, do not care much. Bathroom was clean but there was dust /hair on legs of the chair. Minibar in the room has only beer, water and regular/sugar coke. Breakfast is OK but really basic choice. Brightly shining electricity switches on sides if the bed - disturbing at night. Wellness needs to be booked/paid extra and it is switched off. The restaurant is only for breakfast. Only one parking in front of the hotel otherwise overpriced parking at public space.

Chose this hotel because of attractiveness of building and location. Rooms are new, bathrooms very nice, Breakfast was fine , plenty of choices - but a bit perfunctory

When I arrived the receptionist was more interested in training a new person than helping me. Felt like an extra - especially as I had just walked 30 minutes in the rain to get there . No offers of any help or early check in (only 1 hour) to dry off.

Breakfast it's outstanding, all the stuff are friendly, the room was very nice and clean, the beds can be better but they weren't bad, the shower it's very nice and the hotel itself it's very beautiful anywhere you go.

The beds can improve and the lady on the reception who was on Sunday she was very amateur, she needs more training, she was extremely shy and insecure when I asked something about the hotel, she wasn't impolite but the lack of self secure was evident. Still this wasn't a problem for me but for sure it can be for another person.

Overall we had a wonderful time staying in the Theresian Hotel. The best feature for us was large rooms with enough place to do something apart from sleeping. The spa center is a bit on the negative side for us. However, it is nice to have something to do in the evening in the small and quiet town. We can definitely recommend this place for your stay in Olomouc.

The breakfast was a bit short on the items list. The wellness center is rather disappointing. 3 saunas and a jacuzzi were not enough for us to fully relax.

Very friendly staff in general.. They helped me out with some wine storage and setting up the password for the wifi... a bit tricky..decent breakfast ..nice big room.. comfortable bed..

Coffee in the morning is dismal.. BUT there is nespresso in the room.. I wish the room was bit cooler.. Perhaps if they kept the curtains closed they wouldnt heat up so much.. A.C was a little weak.. but it was HOT!!! outside.. No CNN or BBC which I like...
