The location of the hotel is very good - right in the centre of the Old Town on a quiet street. Despite the fact that the hotel is in an old building, inside it is decorated and equipped with all modern amenities. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops near the hotel. Historical sights are also within walking distance. A 5-minute walk away is a park with a botanical garden, where you can spend time in the shade of trees on hot summer days. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly, ready to help solve your problems. The breakfasts are very good with a large selection of quality products. The restaurant staff works quickly and professionally with a very careful and positive attitude towards guests. The hotel rooms are clean, decorated in various design styles and equipped with everything you need, creating a cosy, lovely and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Breakfast is varied. Modern room design. If you're lucky, you have a view of a Neo-Baroque chapel. Great on-site wellness facilities and steam shower in the room. We have been happy here several times in the last few years and will try it again, but only after some time.

The price on booking.com reservation did not match the final invoice price. The time window for cleaning is not that long, so they don't always respond to the "Please clean" sign. However, the friendly staff at the front desk will arrange cleaning upon request. If you're unlucky, you have a view of the internal car park. But buildings just have to have multiple sides and they can't all have a nice view.

The location is just perfect. 2min on foot and I could enjoy Christmas markets in the city centre. Also it is close from bus and train stations. I liked breakfast very much, there was a lot of choice and everything was very delicious. Also the restaurant staff is very kind. The room was spacious, clean and with a nice view from the window.

On the day of my arrival the receptionist did not provide any information about the time and place of breakfast. But next day the girl at reception was nice and ready to help. It would have been nice to have a kettle and a tea/coffee set in the room.

No windows in my room, despite all the adverts for rooms of that class having windows or a balcony. THis was a major drawback, and I almost cancelled my stay. There was no wastepaper bin. No shampoo. Tea wasn't replaced in my room. No drinks in the fridge. The hand soap in the shower was placed in a wrong holder so it fell out and almost smashed in the shower.

The apartment was very clean, with a separate shower room in the bathroom and an infrared sauna. The balcony was nice, but unfortunately it had no roof and it was raining. Breakfast was good both days and there was plenty to choose from.

The apartment had an unusual solution on the TV wall. There was a recess in it, and I hit my head on the bottom edge of the corner of the wall above it several times. It is somehow difficult to see when you bend down to take things from the recessed level.

The location was great, courteous staff and very helpful. The room was big and well furnished.

The twin bed was a bit uncomfortable since the section between the two had some sort of sponge that moved all around the bed and therefore making the middle of the beds unusable.

Fine location near tram minutes from main square. Amazing breakfast variety - even famous local (stinky) cheese (under glass). Room old fashioned woody but comfortable. Bathroom small but modern. Great value.

Room bit stuffy even with big windows open but nice staff provided good fan then it was OK.

very good location, the hotel is in the old city center, not far from the main square. the staff was very kindly and helpfull. the breakfast was really very rich, the breakfast room was also a nice restaurant. the salads were excellent!

our rooms were in the mansard. I really missed the air conditioning in the room, it was very hot.

The hotel is in perfect location in Olomouc in old city center, hotel is nice a very comfortable, the breakfast are really perfect with wider selection of food, even fresh fruits.

The navigation Waze which I use and search to the hotel it take you to one-way street. The hotel shold request better location for navigation.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Olomouc. The hotel was great, the stuff very friendly and the rooms were very fancy. Breakfast was great. The historical centre of Olomouc has a lot to offer, the hotel is located perfectly to start your visit. We went there by bycicle and could store the bycicles in an extra lot.
