Location is very good, you are within walking distance from the city centre, and there is a Lidl less than 5 minutes away. You are also a 2 minute walk from the football stadium (I stayed here to watch a match), but before and after the game you could not really here much noise from the fans when inside your room - the sound-proofing is a lot better than I expected. The room was also very spacious and there is a fridge to use. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English (not a given outside of Prague).

No negatives.

The hotel is clean. The staff are nice and very helpful. The room is quite big for one person. The wifi works perfectly and is free od charge. You can pay by card, no cash needed. The receptionist spoke good English.

It's not easy to find a parking spaces in the area. The hotel offers some outdoor, unattended spaces for an extra charge. The TV is only in Chech.

I booked 9 rooms for a summer camp I organised in Olomouc. Everything went smoothly, the staff, who spoke excellent English was extremely, helpful and accommodating. The rooms where clean and comfortable for the price we paid. We all had an excellent stay !

The breakfast ending at 9 even on weekends was a tad to early.

NOTHING AT ALL!

It is one of the best hotels in Olomouc, regarding location, service, and cleanness. Usually, there are no problems to find a free parking place near the building (but sometimes it can be a challenge because the hotel is located near the stadium and sports hall). The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, with a fridge. Before COVID reception was open 24 hours a day, but now it is open only during the day (but it is easy to get inside and outside the hotel on your own with a 'chip' added to room keys). An elevator is in the building. Continental buffet breakfast is simple, but nice (croissants, rolls, bread, toasted bread, sausages, several types of cheese, frankfurters, two types of juices, water, tea, coffee, ketchup, and mustard, vegetables, cereals, milk...), and at a good price. It is quite monotonous, which sometimes can be a problem when you want to stay here for a longer time. Check-in and check-out (11 a.m.) hours are very convenient. Good WiFi. Be aware that the stadium is close, so it can be really loud during sporting events.

Very Basic cosmetics (soap, shampoo) are not always available, or available in too small quantities - then you have to ask for them at the reception. Breakfast time was limited; it would be nice to extend it more. The bathroom and toilet need to be renovated. The arrangement of the room is not very ergonomic (in the room for two, only one person can watch TV or no one). It is worth investing in pillows and duvets (current ones are stained and worn). Bedding repeatedly darned; also needs to change.

Location. The room was tidy and clean. Shower gel and shampoo are always not extra.

The interior of the bathroom is quite old, however it was in good condition and absolutely clean. Actually this is not a problem.

Location is near the oldtown-8min. walk. Comfortable beds.

Bathroom needs some renovation. Hotel is near busy road and it’s a bit noisy in the early morning.

Budget hotel, 2 stars, all necessities available. Easy check out, keep in mind reception is not 24/7.
