The location was excellent.. close to I P pavlova metro and trams stations. Excellent transport links . Contacless check-in was very good. I did not need o contact the reception at all. The room was spacious and clean with tea coffee facility. Good spund proofing. There was silght sound of trams moving but not annoying. Nice spacious bathroom. TV was smart tv with access to streaming and YouTube.

The wardrobe did not have space to keep cloths ( extra pillows and linen has taken most of the spaces). TV remote battery was low, and use was a struggle. Milk was not available. Lack of safe box was a negative. There was no contact number /phone to speak to housekeeping. Adding an iorn would add value Once the negatives are addressed, the property would have a superb rating.

That was really perfect weekend in Prague. Small shops and restaurants nearby. Very good localization of the apartment just a few steps from tram stop and metro station so 24h we can reach all the city. According to apartment description there should be an iron. During weekends there was no apartment service but when wrote message that we can't find it in the room and we need it. In 10 min someone fast deliver it to our room. Good quiet balcony.

Please note. 20 square meters is a llitle small for more than weekend time. Expetialy if someone plan to spend more day time in. We just not so long sleep there so was good in augh!

The BEST shower we have ever had. The bed and pillows were fantastic. The staff was great with communication and responsive. The location was perfect for our 40 night stay. We found good and affordable places to eat and everything was in walking distance. We would come back a thousand times.

We wish the couch was better. It was not very comfortable. Also the wooden chair seemed like it would not sustain prolonged sitting.

The location is near lots of places that are to see when in Prague. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious enough for 2 people with its 2 separate big beds. The staff were extremely friendly, especially the lead lady who allowed is to leave our luggage at the office until later in the day due to a late flight. The shower was great and also the smart TV was a nice extra bonus. Self check in was also effortless.

Absolutely nothing, the place and the staff was perfect.

The residence is ideally located. It's between the Vinohrady neighborhood (known to be one of the best in Prague for partying, leisures, food) and the Old Town, so I almost never used public transport during my trip. This area made me feel very safe and relaxed. The bed is excellent. The mattress is incredibly comfortable and the pillows are ergonomical and with memory foam. Wish I could bring it back home lol. The room itself (Green Junior Suite) is quite luxuous and it offers all the necessary equipment for a long stay. The washing machine, the fridge and the AC came in handy, especially for the hot days.

Maybe a few info & tourism flyers about the city would have been appreciated, but it's really a tiny detail and just an excuse to write something here :)

The building is just amazing. From the moment you see it from the street, open the main gate and see the painted ceiling and the wide stairways, up until you enter the room. The location is also perfect, close to restaurants, public transportation and things to do and see. The shower was super modern and the room had everything you need, from a microwave to a kettle. There was some free coffee and tea available. We also traveled with a small dog and one day we met the owner, who also have a small dog. Super friendly guy who took the time to greet us and made sure that we had everything that we could need. Since the apartment is so central, and there is a busy street right outside, we were surprised that we did not hear any noise at all, most likely because of the double windows installed. A tip if you arrive by car is to try to find parking right outside the Novotel hotel, which is across the street from the hotel on a much less busy street.

We did not like that the bathroom have glass walls, which does not isolate sound and no option to lock the bathroom door. The bathroom is also next to the bed, which could make it a bit uncomfortable when you travel with your partner since you can hear everything. This could of course be solved by either turning on the shower, open the windows to the street or put on some music.

Very central nice location, comfortable, nicely decorated, cozy room.

I am not very fond of this hotel concept without employees. However, hotel employees are often the first people you communicate with, and they create the first impression when you visit a new city. Of course, these are personal preferences, and aside from that, we are talking about a hotel with a great location and view and beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms. I am sure many people will be delighted.

The location is amazing. The city center and the main train station are in walking distance. There is a metro station nearby as well. Another major plus side is the fact that pets are allowed! The building is amazing - built in 1850, but totally renovated, yet they kept a lot of the original interior decisions. The ladies were very nice.

The junior suite we stayed in was smaller than expected. It's just a room, not a suite, fyi. Also, there is no parking, you have to park in the parking garage of the ibis hotel nearby.

The location is great, well-connected, and convenient for exploring the city. I appreciated the self-check-in, which was quick and hassle-free. The room was a bit small but really clean, with a huge clean bathroom and a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard, perfect for relaxation. The bed was pretty comfortable

The location was amazing. Very close to the centre and tram/metro stations. The room was clean, modern and well equipped. The property was also beautiful and tidy. The check in was also very easy with a self check in computer. The windows sealed off the noise of the street very well.

Out of 3 door cards, only one worked consistently, the others only worked sometimes.
