The staff really made us feel welcome and comfortable in the hotel. We were well informed and we were very grateful to be able to leave our luggage there safely before check-in and after check-out. There was always reception staff ready and kind to help. The location of the hotel is very convenient - it's right next to the metro station exit and tram stop for Florenc, you can even get into the city on foot, and there are shops right next door. Despite being near public transport it is very quiet at night and the curtains can make the room dark enough at night. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and tidy, smelled nice and the bathroom amenities were good as well. The beds were very soft and comfortable.

The stay was nice but there are a few things to keep in mind: The hotel uses a credit system and promises to give you back any unused credits after you stay (can't comment on this, we opted out). Due to how frequented the location is, it is advised to stay safe while you wait for tram, especially at night. The bathroom is not ventilated. The AC in the room worked well, but it's not possible to turn it off completely if you don't need it.

The only thing that was not to our liking, was the staff at some moments. Especially at breakfast it’s a bit chaotic and it seems that there isn’t enough space for all the guests to eat in peace and quiet and then the waiters just looked very unfriendly and kind of nearly ran people over with their speed and hectic manoeuvres. Also the hotel could explain beforehand that one has to authorise a bigger amount of money than the actual cost of the booking during check in for potential damage or extra charges in case of unpaid fees and what that is for and not just do so. Apart from that we were very happy.

Such a nice hotel; all very fresh, modern, and lovely plants and green philosophy. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the cocktails at happy hour. Very convenient location - opposite tram stops and metro serving all 3 lines. Very helpful, friendly staff. Wonderfully clean, comfortable and spacious room.

There is a policy now not to have mini-bars but ours was still plugged in and working - a lot of energy wasted on cooling an empty fridge, not green at all and hope this was not the case in every room. Also, at one point, the lock on our bathroom door failed and I was locked in until maintenance came to free me. Should be investigated so it doesn't happen to others - and would have been nice to be offered some gratuity in apology, as I was locked in there for a good half hour.. but never mind, overall everything else was superb.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, only around 10-15 minutes from the city. All facilities were excellent and clean. The staff were very friendly and helped whenever needed. We were able to leave the bags upon checkout before travelling back to the airport. Great breakfast selection

The only downside was the lack of a good A/C. It was very warm in Prague during our stay and the A/C was more like an air filtration/circulation than a A/C unit.

The location is very nice. It is just one stop from main train station and 5 minutes walking to bus stop. You can find metros as well as tram/bus stop just downstairs. Bella is also available within 1 minute walking. So you can have easy access to everywhere. The hotel is modern and new, you can enjoy happy hours with the bar. All design within the room is very nice and friendly. Like make up mirror, big shower space, body&hand lotion, conditioner which you seldom find in other hotels. Service is also super nice, they will contact you in advance via whatsapp. Check in and out is super convenient. Coffee machine in the room also makes this journey much comfortable. Living inside is very quite and they are also environmentally friendly. A fridge make it easy to keep some food. I really recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything! Location was perfect with a train, bus and tram stop right upfront so access to every part of town was within minutes. Quiet. even with the transport stops, it was quiet inside the hotel so your sleep or stay isn’t disturbed. Grocery store, pharmacy and shopping center within 2mins walk. Staff. super friendly and helpful. it’s my second stay here and I have loved both. no regrets.

Wished there was daily complimentary water in the rooms. but then most hotels don’t offer complimentary water anymore.

We really appreciated the location next to the metro and tram stations, which could easily take us to the Old Town/City Centre. The rooms were very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. The "eco" side of the hotel was really nice :)

It'd be great if the hotel could offer as small patio/garden for a quick walk with a dog - unfortunately, there are no green places next to the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious but did not offer a big variety of food. Also, the parking is an inconvenience - there is not enough space for all guests' cars and one of ours needed to be parked next to the nearby hotel as there is no place to park in front of the hotel either.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Botanique in Prague, and I have to say, it was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. We had a room at the last floor with a beautiful balcony and view over the city. The decor is simply exquisite, with a beautiful blend of modern and classic design elements that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the elegant furnishings to the stylish lighting, and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this hotel as beautiful as it is. Of course, no hotel experience is complete without a comfortable and clean room, and I was delighted to find that the room I was staying in was immaculately clean and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night I was there. The bathroom was also spotlessly clean, and the high-quality toiletries provided were a nice touch. But what really stood out for me was the excellent breakfast and outstanding customer service. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious and fresh foods on offer, including local specialties and international favourites. In fact, I have to say that the customer service at Hotel Botanique was some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff were friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, they provided us tips on how to find good exchange rates and a cheap gas station. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt truly pampered and well taken care of. Overall, I cannot recommend Hotel Botanique highly enough. If you're looking for a beautiful, luxurious, and welcoming hotel in Prague, then this is definitely the place for you.

This hotel is really close to the city centre and the main attractions, like 5-6mins by walk. I love the design of the hotel, lots of green, plants, wooden furniture, accessories. We had a room with breakfast and I really appreciated that they offer vegeterian/vegan options also plat based milks and gluten free bread.

We had a room with a view to the backyard, basically just a concrete area. The parking is little bit hard, because of the limited space to getting into the garage. You need good driving and parking skills to be able to get in. But they have one staff member who navigates you and helps you with the parking.

Wow! What a superb first impression! The hotel is a gorgeous boutique style, very fresh and clean, I loved its eco friendly style right down to wooden room cards. The reception staff were first rate, very helpful and friendly. We had an evening meal in the bistro restaurant and it was exceptional! I had chicken with gnocchi and have to say its best I've ever had...and I lived in Italy for 4 months!!!

We only stayed one night so couldn't really explore the local area. I could happily have stayed for longer!
