Hotel Florenc

the location is very convenient for visitors who travel with buses to and from prague. The staff were super friendly and supportive during my staff and the room was clean.

I visited in May and since it was still cold at night the room would be cold and the heaters didn’t work. additionally the mini fridge was not working it just had a light bulb working in it.

it was important for us to choose a hotel near the bus station. this is the perfect place. bus stop across the street. everything was clean and very comfortable. the staff is very polite. tasted the breakfasts - also delicious they also support Ukraine in the hotel. there is a sign with the flag of Ukraine on the front door and near the reception desk - and this is the most important thing

The room was really clean and tidy. The staff were nice and helpful. And the location was awsome, just 5 minutes from the metro Florenc station.

While in general I like the hotel but there are two things that can be improved: 1.There was no bottle of water in the room! There is a kettle and teabag, but there is no complementary water. Where is the sense when you put kettle and tea and offer no water!? I dont say there should be toileteries or shower cap or a chocolate on the pillow, just a bottle of water is a rule one in hospitality. 2.The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really bad! So soft than I could sink in and lied flat on the mattress. I got neckpain and couldn't sleep well.

There is no need to mix politix with travel and tourism.

Staff was super cool and nice. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable, you have everything you need in there. My wife and I really enjoyed here. Hotel is at very good location, not in the center of the city, but you have 15-20 minutes walking to the Astronomical Clock, 2 minutes from metro station, some bus stations in front of the city, few good and cheap places to drink good beer and eat good food (Gate and Benedict). We highly recommend this hotel:)

The breakfast is a bit expensive, you can find cheaper somewhere toward the center, but overall it is very good.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I particularly liked the big bed which was perfect for a good night's sleep. However, the pillows could have been better as they weren't as comfortable as I would have liked, I prefer small (maybe you can ask for another). One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is only 2 minutes away from the nearest bus station (just across the street). In the room, there were some great amenities that I appreciated. There was a small fridge for keeping drinks and snacks. The kettle with tea bags was a nice touch (however, no water bottle, so better to think ahead). Additionally, the big TV and the sofa made the room very comfortable. Didn’t check the breakfast, but it is available from 7:30 till 10:00. Overall, my stay at this hotel was great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality hotel stay at a reasonable price.

Everything was good.

The room is spacious. We got a room with good view facing a nice building in front of the hotel, and the window is quite soundproof so we can sleep well in the night. And the location is near the bus terminal where we came from Berlin and then went to Vienna from that terminal.

the Old Town area where the tourist attractions located still in walking distance (approx. 1,5 - 2 kilometers), yet the neighbourhood of the hotel is rather not safe for traveler walking alone, specially at night. We were approached by a scammer when we went to nearest supermarket, fortunately we can get rid of him.

The reception boys and girls are so much respect friendly, and they always try to help when ever you need them ,I dont forget the the ladies work at the restaurant they try to help me with my family breakfast especially the chief lady ,generally it was an extraordinary statement,i visited many hotels around the world but this hotel team was so freindly and nice , ,

Unfortunately entrance are not suitable for people using wheelchair and baby stoller but I informed the reception lady and she said that they attend to fix this problem

Very well situated, everything accessible within walking desitance.

It was very loud at night so windows had to be kept closed at all time. Also my bedsheets still had some small stains on it, though it was obviously washed. Baking soda could have been used to remove such stains, as it is not very nice to see that first thing at arrival… fortunately it was small and the bed were super confortable so we could ignore it.

I was very satisfied. For me was priority access from Bus station Florenc - very good. ( 10 minutes by foot ) I like breakfas - food was fresh and tasty. My room was very quiet and comfortable. I appreciate a kettle at room with tea bags, and very very warm water even on midnight! Perfect. I was very satisfied and next time, I will choose this accommodation again. I am wishing all the best for owner and for all employee of this hotel too. ANDREA
