The staff in the reception are very nice, but I will write about my experience with the lady in the reception with smooth blond hair, as I had more interaction with her than others. She was the nicest I have ever seen. She is very lovely and helpful, and answer all my questions with lots of care even before I ask them, even though she is very busy with lots of people coming and leaving with questions, but she still answer everyone's questions with genuine help. I booked a room with city view, once I arrived I realised they gave me one without city view. I discussed with her and she genuinely tried to fix this problem, and although there was no room with city view available that night, she managed to sort this out for me with all possible options available. She offered one available next day. Although I had one night in a very tiny room with city view, the rest of the nights I stayed in a nice room with lovely city views, and the rooms are very clean. I just wished I get her name to thank her, but I am sure she will know if she reads this.

Staying at City Center Hotel during President Marcos's state visit for our News Coverage was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the superb breakfast spread and the warm welcome from the staff. Our room on the 6th floor exceeded our expectations with its stunning views of Prague. The location, near Pavilion mall, was perfect for exploring the city center. What's more, the affordability of the hotel made it a fantastic value for money. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel!

The hotel is situated 10 min walk from the centralstation (airport express), on the outskirts of Old Town, close to everything central. A big mall next door. Our room was on the top floor with a nice view. We could check in early, and leave luggage after check-out without problem. This location was perfect and the room was tolerable, so I'd stay here again. But if you're picky, read my negative feedback too.

Staff wasn't very hospitable (but Czech service staff was overall not so friendly). The elevator only goes to the fourth floor (of six), and our room was far away and hard to find. Breakfast is a little sad (dry, VERY white bread, sweet yoghurt and questionable sausages). We found nice cafés for brunch instead. The room had few electric outlets and only one hanger in the wardrobe. The lamp on the nightstand was broken, so in addition to the ceiling light, we only had a floor lamp to use. This hotel isn't perfect, but it met our needs!

The location was the best - its so near every tourist atraction you can go on foot everywhere. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice: sweet or sour, bread, cereals, tea, coffe, juices, meat, vegetables. Room was nice, we were actually just sleeping there and it was empty most of the times. Once cleaning servise came and changed our bedsheets even if we didn't ask for that.

Pillows were too soft which is problem of almost every hotel we stayed in. The water faucet in bathroom was broken - it was lose yet functional. The windows are little too old and maybe should be changed but we didn't mind it

Excellent location - right on the edge of the old town. In 1 minute walk there's a mall with the big enough food court plus another mall right across the street with the supermarket. Lots of public transport - including metro, tram and buses. The room wasn't big, but tidy and neat, nice clean restroom with a shower. Nothing fancy, but overall nice. Breakfast options were pretty much the same from day to day, but these options included every usual breakfast meal and then some, so I can't complain. In conclusion - for the money they ask - it's really great place to stay!

The building is old, might use a bit of renovation, but nothing crazy, mostly cosmetics. Old spots on carpets, which is also something to consider if it is important for you, but for the money it's nothing to pay attention to.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was in a form of a buffet and quite good. Location was perfect for our needs. It was close to all main sights so we had a great walk around. Bus and train stations are in a walking distance or 1,2 stops by tram.

We had a room on a sixth floor and it was a bit confusing how to get there, so some additional markings on the wall would be great to point to the right direction, but its only a minor issue.

The staff at the Reception coordinating all aspects- bookings, giving keys and instructions, facilities all so meticulously that i was quite impressed with the high degree of professionalism, refined outlook shown. And the Room provided was truly a 'comfort' room as described while booking !

Food - Breakfast is primarly kept in mind the European visitors in mind. Wish and hope some food - like baked beans, scrambled eggs without ham are also kept ( like i have seen in Budapest and Wroclaw where i stayed recently). That will earn praise and appreciation from Indian and other visitors like me!

The staff was very nice and helpful. They explained everything to us. There is a luggage storage for your use if you arrive earlier or want to take your things later after the checkout. The location is simply perfect - very close to everything. One can reach the place from the train station without any means of public transport. Most likely we will come back there!

The double room is a bit tight (however the beds are rather big and that is nice). The windows are "ancient" and inconvenient in use. It is quiet loud outside so if you are not used to sleep/live hearing city noises it can be hard for you. The breakfast was average - in particular the juices seemed to be diluted.

The room was clean and big enough for a triple room, accommodating 2 adults and 2 kids, and we found it spacious. Both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. We stayed for 2 nights, and our sleep wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside, so I cannot understand why there are bad reviews on it. As for breakfast, it was great with plenty of different meals to choose from, including hot meals such as two kinds of sausages, rice with vegetables and beans as a side dish, different bread to make sandwiches, and sweet buns. There were also cucumbers, oranges, cereal, yogurts, boiled eggs, a coffee machine, and tea available. The juice from the machine didn't taste very natural, but the kids liked it. Most importantly, the kitchen staff was amazing. My daughter forgot her phone on the table, and when we went back to look for it, we found out that the staff had found the phone and handed it over to us. Thank you.

We enjoyed everything, but it felt a little cold during the night. We couldn't switch on the TV, but actually, it wasn't needed.

Room was very clean and bathroom as well. For us that was the main thing especially cuz we have a baby. Food could be a little bit better but honestly for this price it’s perfect. You are at the city center, you have really clean rooms and comfortable beds. I thought that we are not gonna sleep at night cuz of the trains and people passing and yelling on a street but the rooms are like a bunker. You are in centar but you have real peace. Definitely would come again!
