The location is great. It's quiet and cosy while it's just 5 minutes away from the busy areas. Nice variety of breakfast options. Staff were lovely and helpful

The front door was broken and wasn't fixed during our 3 nights stay. It made us a bit nervous as anyone could have access to the building. It sounds like a known issue to staff and they looked OK with that 😉

A good bath, comfortable clean bed. Delicious breakfast. Great location near the Dancing House with a panoramic terrace on the 7th floor.

There are no curtains (glass or fabric) in the bathroom, when you take a shower, wash your head - all the water on the floor. There is no way to fix the shower funnel on the wall so that it does not spill on the floor (washing long hair was inconvenient). There is a balcony, but the door does not open. Please add the reception number to the room (maybe it was somewhere, but I did not find it). I wanted to call to ask the iron to iron the dress.

Price for what I received was excellent. Location was easy to get to places while walking, room was comfortable and perfect size for one person. Breakfast was included which is always a plus, and it was pretty good!

Lights don't stay on which made the building a little creepy and the front desk person was a little confused during our check in process, possible language barrier.

I had problems with the hot water in the shower, but as soon as I informed the reception they immediately requested a repair and I had hot water for a comfortable shower! Very tasty breakfast, friendly and organized staff. I really enjoyed it and recommend it!

I have nothing to complain about, just thank you for the service provided efficiently.

The location is great. You can reach the old town and the main sights in couple of minutes. There is also a station 3min away from the hotel, where you can catch the bus that goes to the castle. The staff is very friendly and kind. They took a lot of time helping us choose the right restaurant and club. We were also allowed to use the luggage room even after we checked out, which was very convenient and saved us time and money. One of the guys on the reception - Bobi - provided us information about the night life in the city. You might ask for his support about this topic ;) Breakfast was perfectly fine for the prices of the hotel. All in all, I would absolutely recommend it!

Coffee lovers might be left a little disappointed with the breakfast.

Location was ideal, just few minutes walk down to the busy shopping area and few more minutes walk to the old town square, but in quite area. Not far from central station, in walking distance, if you like to use public transport

No restaurant in the hotel for the evening, but this is not major, as good few pubs and restaurants around and great Irish pub close by.

We liked the central location. Also hotel staff were very polite and helpful. We almost without exception walked from the hotel to see surroundings and usually took a taxi back to the hotel. Very close to central railway station and public transport. Distances are also walkable.

Room was a little small, but you get what you book ;)

Very good location in a quiet area. Nice and polite personnel. Good and diversified breakfast. Located in the close proximity of public transport station. Good air conditioning system.

Not enough artificial light in the room although in daytime the room is quite bright. Some little broken things left unfixed. (e.g. bathroom mirror light, safe box batteries).

I like the communication with the receptionist. The room was cozy and clean. AC works perfectly and it wasn't controlled by the hotel overall, but I can set up the temperature.

I was expecting more from the breakfast. Breakfast was served on the terrace where was pretty hot due to the plastic roof. The food was fine, nothing magnificent.
