Location is excellent. Room is clean. The reception was open 24h.
Although there is not much ti complain, this hotel does not look like a 4 stars hotel. This is more a 3 stars hotel. The only thing that is really bad is breakfast organisation. It starts at 8 a.m. One enters the small restaurant and orders food from a menu card. Than waiting for at least 10 minutes. If you have to be somewhere before 9 a.m. it is not possible. The first day I have ordered something, had a juice and coffee and did not manage do wait for the food, it lasted too long. Some of the stuff in the restaurant are rather rude and I felt very uncomfortable. Coffee that is included in the breakfast is the worst coffee I have ever tried. I did not have time for this kind of breakfast, so later I took it out and ate in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time this year, now for Christmas and New Year. Due to the high season, the price was double the usual rate, but that’s expected in Prague during this time - so no complaints. Overall, everything was great: quick check-in, a convenient location, a comfortable bed, well-equipped rooms, excellent Wi-Fi (which was essential for work), and delicious breakfasts at the cafe on the ground floor.
However, this time, the housekeeping was disappointing. We requested room cleaning, but the linens weren’t changed - they were just smoothed over. During our previous stay, the linens were replaced every time.

Check-in was smooth – everything is convenient and accessible. The room itself is quite minimalistic, but it has all the essentials. The location is excellent – many places of interest and restaurants are within walking distance. On the ground floor, there's a really nice and reasonably priced vegetarian cafe with a fantastic staff. Just a heads-up: some of the portions are surprisingly large, so be prepared! :)
There are no slippers in the room, and sometimes the elevator gets slow and takes too long between floors. But the most annoying thing was the inability to turn off the automatic motion sensor light in the hallway of the room.

the hotel was in a great location, 5mins to Wenceslas square. charles bridge and astronomical clock was approx 30mins easy walking pace. the hotel itself is clean and the rooms i found an adequate size. the beds are quite comfortable too. i had room 303. there is a mini fridge for storing your own drinks. you get a few coffee sachets( sadly after i used the 2 these wernt restocked) this would havd been nice for mornings. there is a Vegan resteraunt, which i didnt use, as i was up and away all day. i found a small cafe 1 minute down the street( be careful as one is a cannabis cafe). staff were polite and friendly too. reception is staffed 24/7 which is nice. its on a busy road but that didnt bother me as its quiet at night. the walls are thin, i ended up with a noisy family next door for last 2 nights. they clearly had no consideration for anyone else.kids banging walls at 2200hrs and 0700( headphones fixed this). overall, the hotel was very good and well situated. value for money, i found it exceptional. id 100% stay here again if visiting Prague

A brilliant and cosy fully vegan hotel. Great value for money and in a great location to explore the city of Prague being right in the centre of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful with the attached Palo Verde restaurant being a highlight of the whole trip.
The only thing that could have been better were the beds, we were given two single beds pushed together rather than one large bed. This is understandable for economic reasons but would have enhanced our experience if there wasn't a hole in the middle of the bed.

The inclusive breakfast menu is great. The room was beautiful.
When I emailed in advance about beverage provision in the rooms, I was told that black tea would be included. This isn't the case, but Riccardo very kindly found some for me. However the creamers are NOT VEGAN. Perhaps they aren't available to buy in Czechia? In UK oat milk sachets are now available in many situations, like train journeys; mini soya milk pots have been commonly provided for many years. It was my only issue though, and very minor, especially as other milks are available when eating in the restaurant; however, vegan coffee drinkers may find it more of an issue if they want coffee in their room, and only the cow's milk creamers provided at reception.

The hotel was clean and well presented, the beds were comfortable and the vegan breakfasts served in the adjoining restaurant were good quality. They were helpful in storing our luggage and ordering us an airport taxi on our last day.
When we arrived we were first directed to the wrong room which was occupied! The person on the desk did not seem bothered or make any apology. We ran out of loo roll in our room despite it being cleaned. There is not much a huge amount of choice at breakfast as it is just the restaurant menu, and it’s a lot of soy though the quality is good. If you just fancy something a bit more plain like toast there is no option, and if you are staying longer than a few days you might get bored of the same things. We also didn’t get the breakfast explained to us, so on some days we would get charged extra for drinks, we thought we could maybe only have one, but heard another table of hotel guests be offered free juice as well as hot drinks so were confused.

Some great vegan food options! Staff was generally very friendly. Though it was relatively busy, there wasn't too much noise. Very affordable! Ideal when you're vegan and don't want the fuss of searching for a place that sells vegan breakfast/lunch/diner. All focus on exploring the beautiful city!
Room was quite dusty. Shower cabin is really small. A lot of the food options are drenched in some weird, white sauce. With less/no sauce, to our taste, most dishes are delicious!

Excelent customer service. I was a bit worry as most people say eastern europeans can come across a bit agressive in their way of talking but to my surprise I had an oustanding customer service not only in the hotel but ALL places I visited in Prague. The city is amazing and the hotel staf is spetacular. They were Very helpful and were always willing to help whenever I had questions. The hotel bed was very confortable and the room very clean. Will Def stay in this place again when in Prague as my experience was really good.
Nothing comes to my mind that I disliked so could not point out anything that I didnt like. The only suggestion I'd make is to change the check in time for 12:00 or 11:00 id possible.

Fantastic hotel in a brilliant location within walking distance of all major attractions in Prague. Staff were attentive but laid back, the room was comfy and clean and the restaurant food was just fabulous. We had a great time staying for 3 nights!
There was quite a loud noise (maybe from heating system?!) In the room and it was a bit distracting at night. The bedding was two single duvets, and we would have preferred one to be able to snuggle together
