Location is excellent. Room is clean. The reception was open 24h.

Although there is not much ti complain, this hotel does not look like a 4 stars hotel. This is more a 3 stars hotel. The only thing that is really bad is breakfast organisation. It starts at 8 a.m. One enters the small restaurant and orders food from a menu card. Than waiting for at least 10 minutes. If you have to be somewhere before 9 a.m. it is not possible. The first day I have ordered something, had a juice and coffee and did not manage do wait for the food, it lasted too long. Some of the stuff in the restaurant are rather rude and I felt very uncomfortable. Coffee that is included in the breakfast is the worst coffee I have ever tried. I did not have time for this kind of breakfast, so later I took it out and ate in the evening.

Zitna is a great location,5 mins walk to wencelas square and 10 mins to the old town,great access to main railway station and metro if you plan to explore more of Prague during your stay.

Vegan Restaurant Limits Choices For Breakfast,We Chose To Go Elsewhere In The Mornings But Thats Just Our Own Personal Choice

Few minutes from Wenceslas Square, like 10 minute walk from tyn church, a great place to start enjoying Prague, metro statiin mustek is 5 minutes, so the location is really good, the price was good an the room was clean., the stuff was rrally kind, comfortable room, check in online speeds up the process

The hotel in general needs a renovation, also it should be clear when you re coming to the hotel that in order to get your room clean you have to leave the paper outside the door, because it was in the opposite side i didnt noticed that.

The room was spacious with a separate area for the bathroom and coats. Nice big bed with separate duvets. Huge windows that let in a lot of light. Great location, a little away from the main city but very easy to walk to everything. Lots of food places nearby. One of the best things about this hotel was the 100% vegan restaurant downstairs, which served amazing food.

On check in we were told that there was a breakfast deal for 10 euro for the 2 of us at the vegan restaurant downstairs. On going for breakfast the next morning we asked to have the breakfast deal but on paying the staff were confused about how much this would cost and charged us 10 euro each. We had waffles, so 20 euro for waffles didn't seem like a good deal. The TV didn't work and the fridge was not cold.

My room offered fantastic views out over the city, which was especially vibrant at night. I had almost everything I needed already in my room, and when I asked for extras (e.g. an iron) my request was quickly and cheerfully fulfilled. I do not usually eat vegan food, but all the meals I had in the hotel were tasty and interesting. The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from the train station, and perhaps 10 minutes from the river, so it is in a very convenient location.

Really, nothing. It was a great stay. In particular the staff were all lovely.

Good room, good WiFi, Good restaurants and a lot of places of interest in walking destination. From and to the airport you’d better use metro station Museum. It’s in 10 min by walk from the hotel.

I would say, there’s nothing to choose for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. It’s vegan restaurant. You should take this into account when you’re planning your morning, that you need have breakfast somewhere else. But most restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood opens at 11AM. There are some cafes at Vaclavske Namesti working from 8AM.

The room was big and comfortable with high ceilings, super comfy beds, great decor and modern bathroom. It almost looked like a mini apartment. The staff is super welcoming and helpful. There's a bag storage room as you wait for the check in or if the check out is before your actual departure. Hanna has been really helpful, thanks! There's also a nice back courtyard and a lovely cafe next-door. The location is great at just a stone's throw from Venceslas Square and close to the train station and the underground.

I absolutely loved the breakfast. When i was booking the room, I had no idea the hotel restauran is vegan. It was quite surprise, but all the food we had there was absolutely exeptional!! Really amazing and for us quite new experience. I also liked the plants everywhere and over all design of the hotel. The staff, especially on reception was very nice. Room was also nice, very nice lights, comfy beds,... simply all you need. The location was very good. Close to Metro and tram as well. But it´s basically in the center...

I was feeling a little bit cold in the room, even though the windows were closed, you could feel cold breeze comming from there. But that´s just a little thing. There is also AC available, so you can regulate the temperature. But sleeping close to the window you can still feel the breeze.

Very clean, the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. With kettle and a small fridge. The restaurant is amazing too! We chose it specifically because it is a fully vegan hotel and restaurant and we were not disappointed. In the heart of the New Town with many transport links to everywhere. Also at a walking distance from the Old Town if you like walking (25 mins). I will stay here again when I am back to Prague!

The pillows were really soft (too soft for me but I slept) It would be nice to have another kind of pillow choice.

Outstanding place to stay - totally and fully recommend this place - was even better than we had expected. Such friendly staff and the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had - fully vegan, and also so delicious!! Superb location near the national museum and Wenceslas square with all 3 metro lines accessible. Room was spacious and bright and clean, and air conditioning was lovely when it was so hot and stuffy outside - coming to the room was really nice. Bathroom was lovely also.
