The hotel was perfect, you have free coffees at a superfancy lounge, the service is amazing, the workers so nice, the rooms modern, beautiful and everything very clean.

Warning Taxi drivers airport SCAMMERS!! I want to warn everybody about the taxi driver scammers, as the Hotel is so near to the airport, the taxi driver complained and said he had been waiting for 4 hours, so when we arrived, he forced us to pay him 20 EUROS FOR A 3 MINUTES TRIP. We were so exhausted, hungry and cold after such a long flight that we didn't think clearly. You must: ask the taxi driver to put the meter on, since the beginning of the ride; ask the taxi driver for his ID/badge number; ask the taxi driver for a recepit; make a pic of the plate number of the taxi. At the hotel, they told us that the taxi drivers do this very often to their clients, so PLEASE DON'T LET TAXI DRIVER SCAMMERS STEAL YOUR MONEY.

The staff. It was late at night when I arrived and the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. I was tired and had an early flight to catch. Check in was a breeze and he offered the available drinks near the lobby( water, coffee, tea). He informed me and the other guests about the transportation available if we need one and around how much it would cost to the airport. It is possible to walk, which I did, but not again since it would still be dark when I head out. Area is well lit and surrounded by other hotels and offices. The room is clean, bathroom too. Airport is close by. Would definitely recommend.

One of the receptionists standing at the check-in desk behaved very rude and disrespectful. He asked me a question and because he was speaking with a low voice and at that time I had a severe migraine I thought he was speaking in German after which I asked could you please ask me in English. After which he turned to the other receptionist and said "Was I asking in the Arabic language". Instead of behaving professionally and clarifying the matter with me directly he was talking about me to the other person right in front of my eyes. That was very disappointing!!!

All was good, just few comments: Rroom very basic and small, but essential. No AC points in the room other than near the bed (and in a position where the charger of notebook could not be inserted due to tight space from fixed furniture). Breakfast OK for salt dishes but very poor about sweet meals. In any case 16 euro for breakfast is too expensive

We saw positive feedback for the breakfast but it still exceeded our expectations and was something to look forward to every day. Extended breakfast time during the weekend was perfect, we could easily make it a brunch which came very handy due to our schedule. The staff at the reception counter also had change for bills no one else seemed happy to accept, it was very helpful. Check-out till 12PM was also great.

Since there was another hotel right next to our side of the building, I missed transparent curtains to keep more privacy. We either could have the window fully shaded during the day, or make our room a display for others, nothing in between.

The hotel has its own free parking for up to 5 nights which is super nice, and it is less than 20 mins driving to the city center. We can also use the tables behind the reception to have meals and coffee chat.

1. The bed sheet has some black stains on it, which could be nicer if it can be cleaned. 2. The mirror light in the bathroom is too light for the people who wants to sleep well. It will be better if there is a separate control of the light so that it can be closed separately than the toilet lights. 3. I didn’t find any plug-in place than the only 1 inside the toilet, which is super inconvenient for us to charge while sleeping during the night.

When I found the Hotel, it was both welcome and welcoming. The staff went out of their way - especially Luis D. S. ! - to explain things and to help with further travel. The room was clean and simple, as was the entire Hotel. Food is served across the yard at the nearby Novotel and this also was excellent and well served.

One small but important point - perhaps a sign in the Airport to this hotel's direction would be a good help, as also would be an indication at the Airport about which level to start from. I walked on foot and found getting to the Hotel difficult, as the area around the airport is made for vehicles only. Hint :- Get the Sky Train to the Airport Rail Station and walk from there; much less of a walk!

Within 5 mins drive to the airport terminal, great if you have an early departure the next day. Hotel looked fairly New and was very clean. Check in at reception was easy and staff helpful. Hotel room was basic but comfortable for short overnight stay. Free and easy Parking on site.

Limited facilities in the hotel itself, bar area lounge closed so was advised to use the adjoining hotel which was only a few steps away. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room at least providing Complimentary water in the room would have nice.

We liked how new and clean it is and the secure parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free coffee was appreciated. The comfort of the beds and modern room design was great the room was nice and quiet and cool.

The car park barrier had a fault and that was a problem but we did get out. The bus to the center of the city didn't run late so had to get a taxi back and the hotel bar is shut but we had access to their sister hotel next door.

The staff at the check-in counter and the bar were in general very friendly and helpful and provided very useful instructions on how to reach the airport by foot in the early morning hours. You can reach the airport by foot in 20-30 minutes via a small road next to the airport cargo area. If you have a lot of luggage or don’t want to walk, it is also possible to just call a taxi, especially in the morning. If your flight is during daytime, you can also go to the train station nearby (10-15 minutes walk) and take the sky train from there directly to the terminal. Food is primarily available in the Novotel next door. Rooms are clean and modern. Overall recommendable if you want to fly from the airport and need an accommodation nearby.

There are no shops/restaurants in close proximity, so you basically need to eat at the hotel (not a problem, just something to be aware of). Otherwise everything went very smooth.
