Very friendly staff. Very good facilities. Very good clean and quietish room with a lovely comfy bed.

Unfortunately, my room was opposite the lifts and could get noisy with guests talking loudly whilst waiting for the lift. The shower and sink was not a very good design. Nightmare trying to wash in sink and water goes everywhere from the shower due to no door. I appreciate a walk in shower but the water spills out into the floor, and I had to use towels to mop up the floor. No iron and ironing board in room.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location was very close to the airport.

The toiletries needed to be requested and weren't given by default. The restaurant staff was a bit rude. Even though they can see the person is a foreigner, try to talk in German. I took a water bottle in the buffet and was rudely told to put it back. There were many bottles and no clear demarcation that you can or cannot take it to your table. The guy didn't even walk up to my table to say it either. Just shouted from far. Being publicly told off like this is embarrassing. No sense of hospitality.

Helpful staff, delicious food at the restaurant. Location was easy to find from the airport and has relatively easy access to a local train station into Dusseldorf, room was clean and large for the price.

Room was possibly a little too warm and stuffy, but that might also have just been the time of year. No tea available and as a Brit that was a little disappointing, but maybe Germany doesn't do tea.

We could test a blackroll pillow and buy it with a discount afterwards. The bed was also very comfortable. We got snaks and drinks from the bar even after opening hours. Try the alt beer when you are there. Breakfast was really good. Was a good location to go to the Messe (short Uber ride)

Water pressure and temperature in the shower is inconsistent. The bathroom sink looks nice, but is impractical.

We booked one night before departing from dusseldorf airport. for that cause perfect, otherwise not a really inspiring location. Breakfast relatively expensive (€45 for 2)

I’m a business traveller and regularly stay at hotels. This hotel is close to the airport (€10 in a taxi), was clean, bright, modern and will be my first choice when I visit the area again. The room is one of the best, if not the best room I have ever stayed at. A really comfortable super king size bed, tasteful decor and lighting and quiet.

Parking fee of EUR 20,- per day is not included and is a separate charge for hotel guests. Another suggestion would be to include more vegan options on the menu.

I found it a tad too expensive considering it does not offer a free airport shuttle. If an airport shuttle was included it would be just perfect. It's a nice easy 30 minutes walk though but the walkway signs needs to be updated as it is not clear on where to go (this is not the hotel but airport's fault) but I recommend the hotel to give some guidance.

Really nice hotel and room. Hotel lobby and bar really nice and prices there were surprisingly reasonable for the hotel airport.

The shower drain wasn't working really well, quick shower was ok, but a longer one when I wanted to wash my hair- the drain couldn't keep up and and the water started flooding the bathroom floor.
