Excellent value for money. This hotel is the best choice you can make if you don't want to spend the absurd amounts of Paris and if you basically use the hotel to sleep and therefore leave in the morning and return in the evening. Obviously you are not in the center of Paris but near the hotel you have a metro stop from a line that leads to the main attractions of the city. The hotel is tidy and well organized, rooms are clean and quiet. I’m pretty sure you can’t ask for better at this price in Paris. Luggage storage after check out time is also provided for free.

Great location on the 7 line, lots of cool stuff around the hotel. It’s right by a massive freeway but is very soundproofed so you don’t hear it.

Room was very small. Per haps this was a Paris thing but there really was not much room to put luggage down. We could push the beds maximum 30 cm apart. When I asked for a second key so my travelling partner and I could be independent I was told “no” in no uncertain terms which I thought was strange. But for two nights it was fine. I would stay again but only using the room solo.

Location, facilities, car park (12 euro/day), near metro, easy to find halal food near property, supermarket near property.

Staff, we asked twice for towels, but never given until we were checked out. The door couldn’t be open with the key card, every time we entered our room, need to asked the receptionist, the third night the keycard worked . The second day we wanted to take coffee/tea, no cups available in the lobby and in our room 😞.

Location was perfect especially with the option to use the nearby metro stations. Very very clean I Was impressed with how helpful the staff was made my stay reassured that I will find it easy navigating my way around Paris. For their help and hospitality they were able to make my stay safe and comfortable.

I’ll be honest the only thing is the breakfast options was very limited I definitely think more variety would definitely I’d rate 10/10 instead of a 9/10

Very polite staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Quite location (despite being near the Paris ring), 450-500 meters from two metro stations of line 7 (Porte d'Ivry and Pierre et Marie Currie). The room size was satisfactory given the usual near the center Paris' hotels (I was staying alone, maybe it would have been less comfortable for two people).

The bathroom equipment (mainly the plumbing) needs a bit of an upgrade.

It was clean and the staff was fruendly 🙃 There is a great Thai take-away place just down the street going further south, with the best mango and coco rice desert (it tastes like mango & sticky rice).

There was no little fridge in the hotel room. 🤷🏻‍♀️We made the window work as a fridge.

All the things that matter were done well - the towels were fresh and fluffy, the water pressure in the shower was strong and constant, good WiFi, and a tasty, if slightly limited, continental breakfast. The location, near to metro stops, restaurants and a supermarket was also a plus for nearby conveniences.

The hotel, and my room, is just a little tired and has lost freshness. There were some minor scuffs, stains and visual damage in the hotel room itself, and the styling is more than a few years off trend, but none of that affected the actual physical comfort of the place. For city centre access, it's not the most straightforward metro connection and will take a while to get where you want to be. Finally, the only hot part of the breakfast was a toaster and a tray of scrambled eggs. The it looked like they had space for more, and more breakfast is always a nice thing

Considering that we booked the night in this hotel the day before, the price was one of the most acceptable in Paris, and for that money, the accommodation is also quite ok... The room was smaller, but considering the stay of only one night, it was is ok...

It's a standard hotel, nothing extra, but definitle mofortable. This is what you need to rest at night and continue a journey and don't overpay. We booked ordinary small room, but light, clean and convenient. Bed was comfortable, so we rested well. Bathroom is quite large and clean. Very polite personal. Restaurant is nice. Breakfasts are good, everything fresh and you can choose the breakfast option that you like - boiled or scrambled eggs, oatmeal, toasts, croissants, cheeses, jams, yoghurts etc. I was pleased with the delicious coffee. This hotel is easily accessible by any means of transport from any place or district of Paris. We used the metro station Porte de'Ivry and walked to the hotel for 10 minutes about.

To use the lift to get to your room, you need to attach your room-key card to the panel next to the lift call button. There is no information about it anywhere and no one warned, so we stood for a long time and waited for the lift to arrive. It seems that we were not the only ones who did not know this nuance, because several people gathered near the lift, waiting. Therefore, a small wish to the hotel - please warn guests about the way to use the lift, or make information notice about way of using lift near the buttom of lift calling)).

Good access to metro line 7 which goes to all major sights. Quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Spoke English which was appreciated. Nice restaurant called baze* just by hotel. Small market for water and snacks near by. Good value for Paris. Christopher very helpful.
