One the best hotel to stay reasonable price , room was nice and clean 😍 , all staff and service provided by staff was great ❤️.. Positive points : location was around 30 minutes from international airport. Room was nice and clean feel fresh all amenities provided by them was great thank you room attendant. Staff was amazing 🤩 respectful and helping . Negative point : as soon as you step out of the room you feel strong smell in air due air quality of new I guess at least you can’t smell it in room thank god. No dought service of staff was great but their food was not up to the mark as standard of 5 star hotel please use proper ingredients for cooking ..anyway Chef was nice❤️ and apologised us as well and offered us alternatives but still I would recommend that it’s an international tourist hotel please prepare proper dessert and food accordingly. Other than that no issue loved this place still and would recommend to anyone 😁

Strong pungent smell in the air ( air pollution)

The welcome reception and hospitality of the staff a the reception desk was very good. We had a hassle-free check-in. The room and the amenities within it were decent. They relevant items were refilled everyday and room was cleaned everyday. For most meals, we had in-room dining. The in-room menu had several options, and tried varieties out of them. The ordering for the in-room dining was hassle free and promptly attended. The in-room service was quick and very pleasant. Each of the food item was very well-prepared and delicious, we enjoyed them. The house-keeping assistance was lightning fast and well attended. We had a very minor issue with the hot water flow, and when informed, the service was prompt and effective. The morning buffet breakfast (included in our booking) was superb, with lots of varieties and delicacies. The buffet area Pavilion 75 was very well managed, maintained and attended by the managers and staffs. All the hotel staffs were very polite and decent in dealing with our requests. Special mention goes to Rahul in the helpdesk and all others who attended us. The check-out was also quick and hassle free. While checking out, from service manager to the security person at the gates, all asked about the comfort of our stay. Overall, in a short span of two weeks, we stayed twice, and both times, we had a very nice experience. Both times we needed to extend the stay by a day, and the necessary arrangement was made very amicably while attending our special requests.

Everything was nice as per us. During our second stay, during the Buffet breakfast, we noticed that juice glasses and some food/delicacy stuffs were not getting promptly replenished, leading to some discomfort to the guests. I think that can be taken care of, especially during the end hours of the breakfast timings.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with everything in working order. The bed was lovely and the bathroom was excellently maintained. I was most happy staying here. The standard to which the property is maintained, despite ongoing renovations, is very high and I was very impressed.

The staff here were all lovely and worked tirelessly, though I did note at times they may have struggled slightly with workload. Not a complaint, but an observation. Perhaps a few more staff would solve the issue.

The room was comfortable and large very clean the hotel staff from the reception to waiters to security and room cleaning were amazing and very friendly and polite and a big shout out to our hotel driver Deepack who picked us up from the airport and drove us around Delhi for a couple of days great driving especially when you see how they drive in India and a great knowledge of where the temples and historic sites are

The roof top pool is quite small also no English Channel on the tv Russian and French could do with a refurbished on the landings carpets a bit worn in places

I checked in several hours behind schedule, thanks to the incredibly bad customer service of Qatar Airways, who had not only destroyed my suitcase but to add insult to injury, had kept me waiting for over 2 hours to file a damage report. I was obviously not in a good mood. However, the hotel immediately sensed that and upgraded me to their nicest room as a way to ensure that I at least had a comfortable end to a long and stressful day. I cannot underscore just how much I appreciated this simple act of acknowledgment of my mental state and the generous act of kindness in such a situation. The room was obviously very comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and full of options to satisfy every palate.

Welcome hotel is the perfect name for this 5 ***** hotel. I stayed 7 nights - and from beginning was very happy about this decision. From General Manegement to Welcome management ( Ms Maya and Ms Jyoti) to checkin staff, restaurant staff, bell desk, security: everybody was incedibly kind, professional, friendly, just perfect. There are 5 ***** hotels - and there are 5***** hotels with the special extra. I will always remember this wonderful stay. Thank you, everybody

Room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, reception was very helpful.

Had a negative experience with the travel desk. They promised to secure a booking, and could not show a confirmed booking until only hours before departure. They led me to believe they would get me a ticket, then through tardiness got a waitlist spot and did not provide any information on the likelihood of getting a confirmed booking. This lack of sharing information made this experience extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing.

+ Big Sized Rooms + Comfortable Bed + Super friendly and cooperative staff + Amazing Breakfast (Go early as it gets crowded after 9.30 am) + Good location + Wifi speed was decent + Bathroom was clean and spacious

- No heating in rooms. This was least expected during winters from a 5* hotel - Renovation work going on making everything dirty - Cold corridors - Water in the Flush was dirty!

The view from the room was good. We got a city view room and with airport in the vicinity, many of the planes landings are very close in sight. The dinner and buffet spread was very good. The room was pretty spacious. The lobby was well decorated. The staff was pretty helpful.

The check in process wasn't smooth, it took them 30 or so minutes to get us a room despite us reaching after 3 PM. Card machines weren't working. The room was not thoroughly checked and cleaned as we found a bunch of hair lying around in the room in a corner and a partially consumed coke bottle in the fridge. The bathroom had some weird smell and staff cleaned these things up on request.

Lovely stay. Has everything you require as a tourist. Feel very secure with security at hotel door. Concierge welcome. Fast check in. I must mention Sandeep who handled our baggage. His smile lights up any room. Big comfy beds, spacious rooms, and dining facilities with plenty of choice

Only 1 little matter is the dining doesn't open until 7.30pm in the evening, and 7am in the morning.which can be challenging if you have flight schedules, although room service is available throughout the day..
