The staff is very responsive, we had a room facing the parking lot, we asked if we could change it, and the staff agreed without any problems and found us another room. The pleasure of being in the forest, silence.

The internal rules of the hotel do not prohibit smoking on the balcony, it is surprising that there are still people who are surprised when they are told that their smoking on the balcony harms the neighbors and all the smoke goes upstairs when you smoke on the floor below. The hotel is located in the forest and we would like to breathe fresh air, but we were poisoned by the smoke of the smokers on the floor below. There is no air conditioning in the room, so we had to wait and suffer and close the door to the balcony. For such a price, the restaurant next to the hotel could be better, and more variety, nothing special, you just pay for the location.

I liked the room design. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a forest, on a hilltop with no neighbors around so it’s very quiet and peaceful in the night. Decent breakfast with plenty of choices. Good restaurant next door, with discount for hotel guests.

Shower floor is slightly higher than in the bathroom, so at certain point water starts pouring into the bathroom regardless how careful you are. There is literally nothing around, which didn’t bother us since we had a car. Otherwise it would be tricky to get anywhere and back.

The hotel is super pet-friendly: you are allowed to take the dog to the hotel restaurant or, as we noticed with other guests, to leave the pet in the room for breakfast time, which is not the case in so many hotels. The location is also great for people who like to stay far from the city center - it's really in the forest! :) It would also be great for travellers with cars. And staff of course: friendly smiling people.

The nearby area is still under the construction so the parking space is kinda in mud and a bit scarce on busy days (we stayed during Easter holidays). Cleaning service was a bit funny: one day one towel disappeared, another day some cleaning stuff was forgotten in our room, then the toilet paper vanished (but there was a spare roll outside the bathroom) :D But no complains regarding the cleanliness itself.

It's amazing peaceful place to have a rest after one trip and before next long trip by plane. It's close to airport - that was my main wish. I had really peaceful rest in the hotel among threes, singing birds, without any noise, that was so important before long trip to USA. On the territory nearby they have good restaurant with perfect view on the landscape and tasty food. It's in 12 min by car from the city centre. But I hadnt so much time for sightseengs and hadn't desire. The price was under discount so it was not so much expensive. But that place is about price = quality. Few months before during my busimess trip I stayed in AC Hotel by Marriott Krakow, al. 3 Maja 51. It was more expensive that Forest Hotel, closer to city centre, nice and with good food, but for calmness for good price recommend the Forest hotel.

The forest is magical, waking up with the sound of birds, seeing squirrels from the balcony, amazing atmosphere. The room is very spacious, clean, comfortable. Perfect for to relax and rest. Arriving to the center of Krakow by car was really ok. The breakfast is really worth.

One night, already after 22:00, we were almost asleep, and someone simply opened the door of the room. I couldn`t run after the person in time, but went to the reception and was told that the staff goes around the rooms at night to see if they are warm enough. It was really creepy, and unforgivable.

This hotel supports Ukrainian families like no one does. Many thanks to all of friendly and professional staff! Big kids play zone in the hall, tasty breakfasts, 24/7 lounge zone with coffee machine, quiet rooms, spacious rooms have balconies with forest view. The hotel is located in forest on the hill near zoo. So there are a lot of activities you can do around hotel with kids.

The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious and modern. Everything worked well and the bathroom was nice and had a great shower. Breakfast was very tasty and the breakfast staff were very nice and helpful.

The front desk staff were not the nicest people I have ever met. I was carrying lots of things which were heavy, but instead of giving me a room closer to the elevator (the hotel looked pretty empty), I was given a room as far as possible from the elevator. In any case, the front desk staff in the morning and upon check out were not very friendly.

Rooms were really spacious with a desk nice decour/lighting. Storage hair dryer and kettle was nicely fit although most rooms seemed to be without mini bar/small fridge. Breakfast is a really good spread which had some variation daily and some stables with a lot for carnivores but also for vegetarian or pescatarian too. The nearby restaurant was pretty good with a great view and surprisingly not too expensive (hotel privided a 15% voucher too) The rooms opened to the forest so there was great peace and fresh forest air. The forest has some tracks through it which are quite nice though can be a little muddy/splippery. Really kind and helpful staff over all. Quick and easy to get into town or airport or on to the highway to go elsewhere yet far enough out of town that it is a peaceful retreat. Great sauna and spa facility too!

Although hotel IT/tech guy even tried on my laptop i had great problems connecting in the rooms to wifi throughout. It may have been my laptops older wifi card, my phone worked fine but it couls be an issue for somw. Laptop was fine in the breakfast area or by conference room/lobby. They were helpful and offered to change rooms and did all that they could but sometimes it happens that it cant be resolved.

The apartment we had was amazingly nice & large & perfect for this 3 days getaway. Everything is newly renovated and nicely designed. We enjoyed a lot the breakfast: variety, taste & quality of ingredients, service, hospitality of the staff. We also liked the hotel surrounding: forest & paths & nature that you can explore and relax. We went on a short trip through the wood, together with the kids to the zoo. It was perfect, although we were not allowed to enter the zoo with our small beagle, we still loved the trip back & forth there, on the forest paths. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and welcoming, very nice. We will definitely return to this place.

Nice and quiet hotel. The personnel is very helpful. The rooms are quite new and spacious, modern bathroom, comfortable beds. Fresh air, forest location. Tea an coffee in the room. Good choice for breakfast is offered. A lot of parking space. The old town is easy to reach by car or taxi. A little shopping centrum reachable by car. A good restaurant nearby.

Location is a bit remote, difficult to reach if you have no car. Even with car it might be a bit difficult to reach at certain period of times due to traffic jams It would be nice to have more than on towel per person. The fridge did not work.
