The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and neat. The breakfast was great and always fresh. Location is super convenient and has very easy access to restaurants, shopping centers and other places like groceries and parks.

The main attraction was the kind staff they have welcoming you at the front desk. FRACIA, was the person that welcomed us and she was absolutely great on explaining everything from pricing to rules and was very kind no matter the situation. She made all the difference and made us feel safe and welcome! Thank you!

We were pleased with our stay at Best Western, Ft. Myers, FL. The breakfast every day was very good. The staff who served the breakfast, Sahair and others, were very helpful and courteous. House keeping was outstanding in every way. Although the hotel was very busy they always had time for us and cleaned our room when we needed it. We were there for over a week and found the front desk staff helpful with local knowledge like golf courses and tourist information. We would stay there again and look forward to seeing Neil, Suneil and all their staff again.

Heated pool

Location is good. Breakfast was quite decent - a nice offering of cereals, breads, yogurt, bacon & eggs, waffle, coffee, tea & juice. ..a plus to be able to eat indoors or outside by the pool. I also like that we were able to do laundry. Location, parking, cleanliness, staff & amenities good all together.

Overall, staff was great; but being in hospitality, front desk people should not lecture guests. When we were checking in, my sister just mentioned that masking seems not to be popular in the area & the young receptionist lectured us about the false covid restrictions & that we should not believe fake news. My sister's a nurse who had some friend nurses who perished at the height of covid. Maybe some guests could be obnoxious ( my sister just commented) but good customer service should promote No Politics at work.

They did have us set up on the first floor with handicap assess for the shower. The room was clean and quiet in the evenings. The mattress was very comfortable.

The size of the room was smaller than I had thought it would be. The pillows were square, not oblong and made it slightly difficult to get used to. Would have preferred offering both bacon and sausage for the breakfast as well as scrambled as well as other type of eggs.

I like the size of the room the living room the sleeping area, I liked the pool area also parking was plentiful. The staff was great and very professional who did above and beyond.

The bathroom was small in size, also the first day I saw crazy ants on the table where the coffee maker was so I got some ant baits and after ther second day they were gone.

room was clean, hotel was maintained and breakfast was very good. Breads, eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juices and coffee. Close to many places as well.

Front desk clerk was less than friendly, She really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. But the only interaction I had with her was checking in.

I liked the fact that it was so close to my brother and I also loved the room it was beautiful.. I had me my wife and our 2 daughters. They got the pull out couch and us the bed, we were able to open the bathroom door and closet door to make it like 2 rooms in 1. We came to meet family for the first time and they made our traveling so much better. Hotel was clean and beautiful.

My daughters complained that the couch bed had to Many springs and it wasn't as comfortable. Then again there spoiled teenagers.

LOVED the staff and how welcoming they were! They answered the couple questions I had and didn't not make me feel I was a bother. Wish my stay was longer to be able to checkout and/or use more of the amenities. The room size was great, the bathroom area was very spacious! The TV/mini frig/microwave area was perfect! For a longer stay the additional furniture and closet would be perfect! Enough space that would allow your things to be organized and still enjoy the room. I personally do not drink coffee but the area they had was nice and had all the right supplies. This hotel did offer breakfast but we did not have time to explore this option. But what I did see looked inviting.

Honestly the only 2 things I disliked were minor and one the staff can do nothing about....first, the 4 squarebed pillows, although cute, not functional for the king size bed. 2nd....the layout of the king room we had....the bed was too close to window/AC unit. Also, being on the first floor, did not feel that was a good safety layout....I am NOT saying I didn't feel safe, I ABSOLUTELY did. Again this was more aesthetic issues. The room in my opinion would have been better if the sitting area and bed where flipped.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great location. Only problem was pool was not in use. A pipe burst but that was no reflection on the staff. However, they were very nice and made arrangements for our group to use the pool in another hotel across the way. Breakfast was very good as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Nothing to not like or complain about.

I liked that the location was 15 minutes away from everything.

Room had a little mildew smell due to the storm eigen but other than that it was okay. Nothing out of the abnormal nice and quiet.
