We came for Aftershock and the first hotel ended up being horrible. We found this one for not that much more than the original hotel but 100 times better! The wifi worked well and breakfast was actually very good with a good selection. Staff was very nice and friendly Everytime we communicated. Rooms were clean, spacious, very comfortable beds. I loved the nook in the window too. It is close to the highway but honestly it wasn't any louder than our streets at home or if you use white noise.

My only complaint was they never came to clean our room during our 5 nights of stay. We only had the do not disturb sign on the door the night we showed up and the following day when we were in and out of the room a lot. With one trash can and a couple towels we could've used a check in at least once

The room provided our needs. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the lobby was the best. Its location is right off the freeway. Our room was the other side of the building away from the traffic noise. The outdoor perimeter is good for waking our pet around.

Our room had 2 beds. The 1st bed we slept in had an unstable frame and uneven mattress. The other bed offered a better night's rest. Its bedding were sheets and a thin blanket. We expected more softness, warmth and better fitted sheets.

Not much to complain about other than loud doors everywhere. Hotel really needs to address that issue. Noticed, it comes up on most reviews. If I was management, I would seriously look to into it. Perhaps, sleep there one night and experience what customers have to endure. Hotel is very clean so overall, your stay will be a pleasant one.

Only thing that was a bit bothersome, were the loud doors in every room as well as the exit doors. They are really much too loud especially after midnite and before 5am.

the room was nice but my bed was a little bit uncomfortable that being said everything else was Great. Staff were so nice and accommodating. and Breakfast was GREAT!! Thank you and give your Staff a raise they are so pleasant and made us right at home..

the only thing I didn’t care for was my bed was uncomfortable. the Kids said their bed was very comfortable but wouldn’t trade with me. we are going to look for something fun to do for this afternoon after our event. there’s nothing other than my bed that i “ didn’t like m.

This hotel was very comfortable for a few nights stay. Beds were clean as was the room. Hotel itself is a bit aged but it was clean and that's what mattered to me most. Its located in a great spot with options to eat all around. There was a hot breakfast in the morning with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, cereals, fruit and juice. I didn't use the pool, but it seemed to be filled with water and available for use. The staff was really friendly, I appreciated getting a little bag of water and snacks upon check-in as well!

You’re greeted by a clean lobby that smells great. The staff throughout the building are absolutely wonderful! Shelly is the sweetest and always super helpful. Erik is great and makes sure everything is taken care of. All of the housekeepers and maintenance staff are the best around. Truly no complaints!

The policy for having service animals should be altered to be free or more affordable. If you need to have your service pet with you because they actually help with things you can’t do on your own, they should be looked at more as if they are a tool instead of a pet. In those cases there shouldn’t be a fee for them to stay.

Accessible room was perfect...bed right height (have had to climb on furniture elsewhere!); Roll-shower with seat; grab bars in shower and near toilet; closet had lower bar to hang clothes in, etc. Staff were fabulous!!! Aisha and Seth, both young people on at night. Seth helped me with luggage and put parking sticker in car, saving me difficult trips. He checked the room to be sure it had the things I needed.

Nothing. I have stayed in Hilton's and Hyatt's that did NOT have accessibility as advertised.

Stayed there for about 10 days longest I ever lived in a Hotel/Motel and the experience was wonderful! Peace and quiet along with my lady companion was a great addition! Thanks and hope to return soon!

I didn't like the fact that I ran out of funds so early because everything was nice about SureStay!

The breakfast bar was good, I liked the mini waffles. It was good for the price of the room and free breakfast. The front desk staff and phone support helped keep our rooms together. We loved the refrigerator and microwave in the rooms.

The beds were a little firm and the bathroom sink counter was kind of small.
