Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bryan - College Station, an IHG Hotel

everything - I love IHG Holiday Inn hotels. This one is no different - clean, great free simple breakfast, plenty of free parking, great customer service. Easy access to A&M main campus and all the stores and shops in between. The Cinemark is less than half a mile away and on a 107 degree day, went to see Oppenheimer to stay cool between noon and 3pm.

Actually was satisfied with everything. Due to being in TX it could probably use a little more shade in spots but it's clear this hotel is fairly new as it's in a construction area with other hotels presently being built around it.

I wish all hotels were like this one. Very modern. Plugs and usb ports everywhere. Nice wide built-in shelf that easily holds 2 bags so you can easily get to your stuff without having to be on the ground. This hotel is like someone finally spent some time thinking about what people really need in a hotel stay.

The tv didn’t have a channel guide and was really slow at changing channels. The toilet also didn’t always flush with the first try. I kept trying to figure out what I was doing wrong with pushing the lever but couldn’t.

The best part of my stay was the breakfast. Although not used to eating so much in am but the sight of the set up was unresistable.

The receptionist could be more receptive & make eye contact & offer some assistance even when guests are wheeling in their luggages.

clean facilities and quiet location - shower was great!

We tried to split payment and was told we could do that when we checked out. When we checked out, my card had already been charged and we were unable to split payment. The staff didn’t have a clue and we felt deceived.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and the pool was open the whole time, no complaints at all!

It had a decent amount of room for the 3 of us and the staff was friendly. I did like the guest laundry amenity. The lobby was nice too.

The covers kept falling off the bed while sleeping making it difficult to stay asleep. This was for all family members, not just me. The dispenser in shower was missing shampoo. I accidentally used the body wash for my hair, however, it wasn't necessarily a bad thing, just needed to mention.

We liked the food, the room, staff was friendly.

One of the elevators was moving slowy to open the door to our floor. One of the elvators wasnt working but as we where leaving the maintance staff got it fixed.

The location was very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I love Holiday Inn Express showers! The staff was nice. Safety precautions were evident.

This may be due to safetly precautions - the breakfast had many items that were prepackaged, which was nice, but some prepackaged cereals to choose from would have also been nice. Also, when we were loading up to leave, my keys stopped working before check out time.

I like that the hotel was directly across the street from the event that my family and I were there for.

I didn't like that there wasn't an actual bathroom door, just a sliding door with no lock or doorknob.
